Dias Studios & Apartments is a small and friendly hotel which is situated in Agia Marina. The hotel consists comfortable rooms with air-conditioning and safe deposits as well as designed rooms for people with special needs. You can have a swim in our swimming pool and enjoy a snack or drink in our bar by the pool, in a cozy atmosphere. You only need two minutes to get to the nearest beach on foot and ten minutes driving from the city of Chania.

Reviewed By HaydnG60I arrived here on Tuesday after a delayed flight and I was greeted with a smile and the young lady insisted in carrying my suitcase up the few stairs to reception. All the staff I have met since are equally friendly and obviously enjoy getting to know their guests. My room is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is very clean and, currently, very quiet. Getting a sunbed has not been a problem any day so far. The pool bar serves very good snacks at reasonable prices. Within very easy reach are a number of excellent restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and other shops. On the beach I have seen restaurants offering free sun beds if clients buy some lunch. I booked this place independently of a travel agent or holiday company and I thought the rates were very good value. The price I paid included air conditioning and room safety deposit box. There is a 50 cent room tax payable in cash on arrival, but that is standard.

Impressive big bed,nice design of the apartment,with great construction materials,kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. Walking distance to the beach and the famous cosmopolitic beach bars of Agia Marina. Moreover,plenty of choices for traditional Greek food,(many restaurants near). Shower with high water pressure (hot-cold).Big,very clean swimming pool,with underwater window for photos!!

Great view to the sea, nice garden
Reviewed By Mika RWe did spent 6 days at Ekavi May 2022. Outdoor areas were a positive surprise. Studio rooms are very basic, but that is what we did expect too for a price we paid. There is a super market very close, so first we did get some equipment and washed the dishes just to be sure. Safety box or AC did not include in base price. In some rooms the fridgerators are making some annoying noise, you will notice it latest at the night time. I would go back if staying in the area again.

Reviewed By M7622SHsofiaaMy room was huge and really clean with Pool view. Location was amazing next to the bus stop for Chania downtown and close to big beach bars in Chania. Staff was friendly especially Ms. Eva, who are really happy that we met. Swimming pool is clean with a nice architecture. There is a balcony in every room where you can sit and have a drink and that feels amazing. They let us check in at 7 am. Over all I felt really comfortable in the hotel. Nothing bad to say.

Lovely apartment in good location if you don't mind little hill
Reviewed By EvelynEnglandLovely apartment. Two single beds in one room and separate kitchen with eating area and shower room. Kitchen has hob, fridge, large sink with plug (good for rinsing swimwear etc) and pots/crockery/cutlery. Did not notice a kettle but didn't need one. Two balconies. One with side sea view and view of pool - small table and 2 chairs. Sunny in morning. Another balcony off bedroom with drying rack and pegs. Much appreciated to dry swimwear, towels etc. Air con was 5 euro extra per night payable on site - then give you remote control. In 40o heat we needed the air con. Safe was 1 euro extra per night. Collect key from reception. Hotels.com website stated free airport transfer. This is not true and I have asked them to alter the website. Shuttle (if minivan is working) is 35 euro or a taxi to airport is about 45 euro. Alternatively, as we did, you can easily take the local bus to Chania for 1.80 euro and then change at the bus station to the airport for another 2.50 euro per person. Very efficient regular service. Bus staff are very helpful. Luggage goes under bus. Apartment is about 3 min walk downhill to beach. Very nice but very busy beach. Lots of young children. Endless eating places and supermarkets. Very good location. Free wifi. Snacks are good on main street but for better quality food use restaurants near the apartments.

Reviewed By chryssa1974Ξεκουραστο Σ-Κ κοντα στην παραλια και στα μαγαζια. Ευκολη προσβαση στο λιμανι. Σχετικα ακριβο για αυτο που προσφερει, τουλαχιστον στο δωματιο που διανυκτερευσαμε εμεις. Ειναι λιγο παλιο αλλα καθαρο για Σ-Κ εξυπηρετει.

Raisakis Apartments is the place to go
Reviewed By vayvayyFirst, the location is good. It is close to the beach (2min by walk), to our favorite NOSTOS restaurant and it is in a quiet place. Then, the apartment is clean and offers you everything you need. We especially appreciated the balcony, the fridge, the AC and the swimming pool. Be careful, Raisakis Apartment used to share a swimming pool with an other hotel but now they have their own. The new one is perfect : clean, very nice and not in front of the road. Last but not least, Raisakis Apartment is a family business. There are 3 or maybe 4 available rooms so we were not annoyed by crowds of tourists. Roula and her parents are dedicated people, very helpful and lovely from the moment we book online to the day we left the apartment. It was very very nice to stay in their place. People like them are the reason why we went to Creta for the 3rd time and we still want to come back.
