Nature all around
Reviewed By ykh_malaysiaWe had super wonderful experience here. The check-in and check-out was fast and efficiency with very hospitable staff who also speak good English. It is just about 300m off the main town touristy areas and can easily walk for food, groceries, etc. Overall, the resort is superb; clean, well kept, orderly, secure, quiet and private. It makes for a pleasant cool walk, especially in the mornings. The Eco-tent we stayed are clean and in good condition, inside and outside. The bed is very comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities is a small inconvenience but it offers adequate numbers of clean and private cubicles. The open air standing shower is also a wonderful experience. The water pressure is good and there's hot and cold water. The entire resort is amply lit by subdued lightings to blend with the natural environment. The on-site carpark is large and secured. Breakfast is very good and provides a good range of local and western food. The resort is noisy in a good way with presence of lots of insects, birds and small animals, but human loud talkings and partying is a put off since the tents are not soundproof. Look out for the pretty woodpeckers and the snow white squirrels and the occasional checkos. Outside the tents, are beautiful mountain range views. Most mornings, they are shrouded by mists. In the evening, around 6.30-7.00pm, we were fortunate to see many waves of thousands of bats, flying out from the mountain areas and crossed the resort. Overall, this is simply a wonderful resort.

Situated on a high plateau up in the mountain occupying an area about 50 rai ( or 20 acres) of space, Bu-Nga-Sari is surrounded by a range of hills that could be seen filling alternately between the forest, the cropland, and the grass field could be distinguished from near to as far as the eyes could see. The landscape of the Resort starts on upper hills and glide downward until it touches the reflecting water of the two man-made large reflection ponds. The Resort surrounding has such a panoramic view which greatly excites the eyes and emotion of those who get to see it.

Reviewed By Eve VGreat Mountain View! Recommended for a city escape! The best part of this hotel is the panoramic Mountain View which can be seen at the back of the hotel. It's really great for a getaway. However, there was nothing much around the hotel area. Restaurants and convenient stores are in short driving distance. The room was great. There is a nice balcony where you can sit and chill. There were quite some insects and mosquitoes, but the hotel also provides a net that covering your bed.

Reviewed By 691sebastiaanhwelcomed with carrying our own luggage up hill without any assistance or support offered,once entered the room,the entire window for its promoted jungle view was covered in dirt,paint drips and full of previous guest body prints including infant feets etc,bathroom and all mirrors were not cleaned for a long time and full of dirt which was never checked before we entered this horrendous accomodation.after reporting it the housekeeping supervisor came with a dry cloth to check our complain and even suggested it was outside of the glass (which hung over a 20 meter drop) tiles on entree were broken off and even roomservice was served in a dirty crate,breakfast and front office never welcomed or greeted and all breakfasst equipment was neevr been maintained neither sanitized properly while staff is playing on their phone and show 0 care,passion or interest in their guest. You would imagine especially during covid hygiene would be a even more intensive area of attention to give guest a feeling of safety and hygiene, which are nowhere to be found here,and staff once shared our feedback show 0 care or interest to solve the discomfort,managment and owner should be investigated when asking such prices and cant even provide a clean room, luggage service,a basic standard quality bnreakfast or even the famous Thai way is not found here, make sure NOT to visit this place, worst experience of my life ,even worked in hospitality myself #HORRIBLE #DIRTY #UNPLEASANT SERVICE ATTITUDE

Cute and colorful cottages
Reviewed By makaanThis property is a bit out of the way from the main street. The overall theme of the place is Bunny hence the colorful decor with bunnies all around. The garden hedges at the entrance are even trimmed to the shape of bunnies with their long ears. Nice surroundings with option of camping ground or cottage accommodation. It is away from the bustle of the main street hence if you are there without transport, do ensure you have your meals before driving towards the camp. There is a Bunny Cafe in the compound which closes around 5pm. Pleasant staff. Depending on which room you stay, be prepared for a walk if the room is further from the front reception area. There is a nice garden and swings for a relaxing walk. Wake up to the morning birds chirping outside your room, and we also had a view of the beautiful sunrise just outside at the balcony. Only minus is that there is early morning traffic going out to the main road as cars have to pass by a railroad track and traffic lights on the way out.

Cozy and nice
Reviewed By gurpal9838Stay 2 nights here in the early of december. Went with my girlfriend. First night stay in tent where it next to the lake. Second night stay in a bungalow. The bungalow seating area look over to the lake. Clean and comfortable. The host very kind and friendly. He share his experience living in Thailand and recommend all the attractions to me. He knew pak chong very well. Will back again in future if visit khao yai.

Beautiful property, ideal for groups with own meal and transport arrangement
Reviewed By KayeBKKMy friends and I stayed here for a weekend. It's a huge property with lots of trees, birds, and well-maintained garden. We enjoyed our outdoor meals. We were basically left to our devices - the friendly caretakers allowed us to use the kitchen and barbeque facilities. The villa that we rented is mediocre though. It's spacious enough for six people but there was only one bathroom! The curtains have also seen days. :)

Luxurious and Magnificent View Resort
Reviewed By ChaicharnDWe spent 2 nights in Te Mata Glampling 360*. This resort has 7 types of room. Our tent is very beautiful decorated and 360* Mountain View. The swimming pool is heated pool and lovely view. There is BBQ and kitchen for us to cook our own food. The amenities of the room are excellent. Breakfast and dinner is tastety. The service is excellent.

Rude Management
Reviewed By kulet bStayed here for 1 night or not even one night because we are running marathon the next day. We informed the reception that we are going to check out late as the marathon will finished at 2:30 PM (we ran 50 KM by the way) We only need to shower after.. We agreed that we are paying 500 THB per hour. But then the Management called us many times ranting while we are still in the marathon that we have to go back to the hotel coz some guest will check in, in our room. They should be the one solving that problem, not the guest, right? for sure they have more available rooms.. It's even more disappointing when we got back to the hotel, the management is not there and the guests are the one telling us to hurry up and get our things quick.
