Reviewed By 793hugopWe enjoyed the view, the singing of birds, the rain and the forest. Mauro and Nikki are great people, very attentive and warm. Delicious food, really comfortable bungalow. We just enjoyed a romantic and funny weekend. We'll be back

Reviewed By juli_nf290Although it has some virtues due to its location and efficent employees, we had a very dangerous situation. Two dogs that belonged to two visitors (not staying at the hotel but being there only for luch...) ran towars our 6 year old kid and nearly attacked him since we could reach him and protect him on time. This is the type of situations that may end very bad. I think that being pet friendly cannot work against being family friendly. This is not a safe place to bring your kids.

Se respira tranquilidad y para los que venimos de la ciudad es un lugar alejado de todo el ruido, realmente fue espectacular la estadía. El lugar es muy aseado, impecable, agradable, el domo y el bar estaban super limpios. Si cenas con ellos, tienes dos opciones, que te preparen la cena o prepararla tu mismo! En nuestro caso elegimos prepararla y estuvo genial, fácil y sencillo. Que experiencia mas bonita me llevo de este lugar. Recomendadisimo 100%

Reviewed By Wander625628Muy chevere toda la estadía, recomendado para parejas. Excelente la limpieza, la lencería, cama cómoda, baño bien organizado. Entre los aspectos a mejorar, la cocina, esperamos 4 horas por 1 pizza. La atención para el sauna no fue buena, terminamos no usándolo, lo apagaron y ni avisaron. Faltan percheros dentro de la habitación, ya que termina uno colocando la ropa en el piso. En general me gustó, pero no repetiría por los aspectos mencionados.

Reviewed By cesarrF3548EWIn the beginning everything seemed good and our hosts were extremely nice. Making us believe we were treated well, overwhelmed and extremely welcome. Unfortunately for us the prices of many items were not clear, advertised or explained and at the moment of paying it was a huge surprise to see such a steep bill with items we will never pay in different places we stayed before. As well as there was always a problem with the system once you wanted to clear out single meals. I found this extremely cheeky. This special phenomenon made us believed as if this special attention from the hosts were simply unauthentic and which is worse and unacceptable taking advantage of every single opportunity to charge us extra. Furthermore many of the items were extremely overpriced with no justification. Finally I will like to state that this place is not even close to a 5 stars as owners are selling it. For instance hot water is not working and the whole place itself lacks many facilities that high end accommodation seeks to offer. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and ask ask ask how much things cost. Then you will avoid surprises at the end!

Nada como acostarse viendo las estrellas o despertar con una espectacular vista del embalse de tominé... Muy recomendado para sorprender a tu pareja con una escapada ideal.... Recomiendo llegar con la luz del dia para apreciar mejor todo lo bueno de este sitio. Deben probar el cafecito caliente de Mireya (espectacular).
