Very basic room, no hot water.
Reviewed By 701jasperpPretty poor overall. No hot water at all at any time, so no shower. Room was cleanish, shower was dirty. But no side light, no side table, only just about warm enough with a thin fleece blanket. They didn't care there was no hot water. Dogs barking all night, cockrels in the morning. Very average food in the restaurant, they got my order completely wrong, then brought up chicken so overcooked I could barely cut it. Fresh juices were nice. Worse place I've stayed in Mexico so far.

Reviewed By Natasha0606I loved my stay at this place! It's a family business and one of the owners gave us a hearty welcome and provided us with free water as a start and a welcome beer. It instantly felt like home since he answered all our questions and helped us organise getting around to see all the attractions we planned on seeing. Even checking out in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. It's great that those small places still exist where people trust you and you trust them. I'm grateful for this experience!

What we were looking for, not flashy
Reviewed By G3MLNot a flashy place. Clean, secured parking, swimming pool, GREAT staff. We based some Mayan excursions from here. Stayed 4 nights. No restaurant on site, they have a number of menus to nearby restaurants in the office, we set up a delivery 1 night. They do not supply washcloths. No room refrigerator. Excellent staff. Our room was very clean and the location was excellent for our trip. Comfortable bed as well.

Reviewed By stormahWe arrived here after a big afternoon at calakmul and had not booked in advance, although we cannot speak Spanish the ladies were helpful and had a room available for us. Good hotel, not flash but good enough for what you pay. Happy with our stay
