Good place, interesting surrounding
Reviewed By taqqieAlthough construction work was going on when I visited it, I think this hotel is part of a holiday park with paintball and other activities. I was there early in the season, so not it wasn't very crowded. I had a super-spacious room, in somewhat kitschy pink, with my own little serre / sunroom. Bathroom & bed were great. Breakfast had to be ordered from a set menu the evening before. It was served in my room (unexpectedly) and the pancakes were missing, but other than that it OK. Wifi reception was poor though. But a lot was compensated by the over-the-top garden and the fantastic location next to the river. I'm sure this is a very enjoyable place to stay in summer (certainly for Belarus standards).

My perfect place in Braslav
Reviewed By Anikamar2016Me and my family were here twice: first stay was in August 2017 and second on July 2018. And the fact, that we have returned there - says that we liked this place. I can say, that on the moment I do not know any other place in Braslav with such good service and facilities. Very beautiful yard, tasty breakfast, parking, spacious room - it was comfortable for 3 adults to stay in bungalo, with private terrace where you can sit, drink coffee and watching on lake. Just opposite the hotel entrance there is a shop, it is very convenient. Braslav and nearby villages are second home for me, and now, when I am coming there - I found a perfect place to stay. And I am sure, I will be back there every year..so, Braslav Lakes Hotel - I'll be back soon :) Thank you for what you are doing!

Great stay
Reviewed By ChokkThe Gubernsky Hotel was small but provided excellent service during our stay. The room was large and very nice. It was clean with a large bathroom and an excellent bed. The staff was very friendly and helpsome as well. The hotel arranged a shuttle service for us from and to the airport. There are nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood and a good part of the touristic sights are in walking distance from the hotel.

Nord is situated in Hlybokaye. Every room in our inn is air conditioned and is fitted with a TV. All rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with a bath or shower. We have free WiFi throughout the property.Free private parking is available on site. There is a shared kitchen at the property. You can play billiards at the inn. The inn also offers bike hire. We speak your language! Welcome!

Вкусная домашняя еда. Ужином покормили, несмотря на то, что приехал довольно поздно. Тихое место. Из моего окна вид на церковь. Рядом озеро. Рекомендую.

Reviewed By Frederic GThe room was large and comfortable. Good bathroom. Wifi a bit weak in the room. Not cheap by local standard at 90 BYN but then clean, safe and friendly. The administrator at the reception was very friendly. The downside is the hotel does not offer breakfast and you have to take it in a little café inside the hotel but separate business. This was not great as the place was absolutely full at 7am. Otherwise, this hotel is fine.

Reviewed By AfricacheI am here on business and this is the hotel we chose. It is located a quick walk from the Jesuit institute, and some other sights. The room was basic but functional and the shower had wonderful hot water. There is a small cafe located at the hotel for dinner and breakfast. I found it to be fine to eat at. they do have an English menu which is nice as I don't speak Russian. Over all not a bad place to stay.

Country style hotel
Reviewed By Mikhail KIt's really small hotel in close suburb of Polotsk. I can estimate that hotel has only 5-6 rooms. You can reach the city center by car very easy but it isn't walk distance. The room was clean. Sanitary equipment is new. There are two negative here: the room was very stuffy, no air-condition in the room. No possibility to have breakfast because restaurant is opened in 11 am only. The service is cozy and hospitality. There are restaurant in hotel which is opened from 11am until 10 pm.

Great location at a decent price!
Reviewed By Storky100Travelled to Vitebsk from Minsk by Marshrutka which departed on the hour and took about 3 and a half hours. Had a day trip by train to Polotsk planned and was also heading to Brest on the overnight sleeper so wanted somewhere to stay close to the railway station – that was the main reason for choosing this gaff. The location was very handy for the station which also happened to be where the minibus dropped us off – less than a five minute walk. The town centre was a pleasant 15 minute stroll away over the Kirov Bridge. Not only did it look like this place hadn't been refurbished since the 1970s it didn’t actually appear like anyone had stayed there since then either. But nothing wrong with the room which was well appointed and very clean. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful although zero English was spoken – this wasn’t an issue and our registration was completed without a problem. Using a well known internet search engine translation service we were also able to arrange for our bags to be looked after on our final day before we were due to catch the train to Brest. However, something got missed using Google Translate as initially the hotel agreed to store our bags for five years! Now that would have been decent service...
