The food is delicious I ve tryed almost everything in the menu cause I love come to this place. Never ever I got bad tummy after eating in here which mean they care a lot about their food and its quality . The tuna carpaccio Bravissimo!!!

You walk through a big round door to see a tree house village, nestled into nature, incredible daytime bird songs and nighttime cricket concerts, crystal blue pool, delicious food, incredibly caring and attentive staff...and! there is great WiFi if you need to work. Close to Green Bowl beach (gorgeous) and so peaceful and quiet. Cotton house is AMAZING! it's like a room straight from a fairytale..this whole place is. 183827/10 recommend <3 thank you thank you for creating this space!!!!! p.s. the fans are powerful and the houses are shaded - it's not hot <3

Reviewed By SimonaSaraWe stayed for 2 nights during Balinese Silent day - Nyepi. I love their rooms! Spacious, clean, nice design, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. Wifi in each hotel area. Yummie breakfast, two parts for chilling - one with main pool (pool is quiet small and area around is also pretty small. I don't know if the capacity was full during our stay, but there were no free sunbeds any of the days) and another one in the bigger garden next to Jacuzzi. Oh btw there is a Jacuzzi - water is super hot, but if you want to have a fancy time, go for it. We like the green grass area next to jacuzzi, where we were sunbathing the whole day. All rooms were clean and they clean it every day and also change the towels if you want to. Breakfast - simple but enough. Just for the first day breakfast we came a bit later, after 9 am, so the selection was limited. Also because there were at the end two silent day, not just one, they weren't really prepared with the food stock. Like no milk for coffee, no ice, no bread...I know that this was a special situation but we all know that the shops and everything will be closed for two days on Tuesday evening so they should still go to supermarket and buy more stock. But well, this is just a small thing, nothing dramatic. Possible to park the bikes inside. Possible to use credit cards.

We were very nicely surprised when we came there. The place is very clean, swimming pool, big room, big territory, many sockets in the room, two tables, and you can go on the roof - watch stars, drink beer maybe.

Thus, I booked here under the name 'A**y Ungasan Raya Gua Gong 257 Bali' for you not to be mistaken because both names represent one property. Business thingy was the reason for staying here and to experience something different, I chose this budget hotel (or kostel?). Kind of cliche. What I mean is, to avoid over budget at the end of the month, this place was the only I could afford. Okay, I scrolled down the web page, and see the picts of the property. Yeah not bad. And then I read the review at the website next door. Well, good enough. But when I got there... The staffs, the woman and the man couldn't find my booking! It took some time, and me being impatient because I checked in late. I was exhausted and I would want a shower and a sleep. They said the laptop was slow. Non of my problem! Then they have to call someone over there to clarify my booking. They also asked me to show my booking ID, and I got 2 email. One from A**y, one from T*******a, then they said how could you get two emails? Hello?! I didn't know! I didn't even ask for 2 emails whatsoever. That's their responsibility to make my stay wonderful. Finally, it was all settled and the woman took me to the room. Oh, they spoke loudly. I don't even remember they said sorry or not. The tone was harsh. I know where they from. But owner, please educate your staff!!! Hot water excellent, toilet average (no toilet paper), toilet amenities excellent, cleanliness excellent, the welcome snack excellent, bed excellent, TV excellent. Ok. Then, I decided to have dinner. The price list for fried noodle with egg is 12K. So, I ordered double fried noodle no egg. And it was 20K. WOW! AMAZING! VERY SMART! You, and you and you, buy something outside! Order food from outside! Buy something downhill! Don't even bother. And I found out, this place also a boarding house, not only for short-stay, but also for long-stay. One more thing I disliked was that the fact that the hallway has echoes. I slept on ground level near the lobby. And those staffs, they spoke very loud even at late of night. Sh**! I will not comeback.

Reviewed By safaripro2015Bingin Surf Left Guesthouse has nice spacious rooms with very good beds and aircon. There are 2 swimming pools and breakfast is available from 8-10am. Not so convenient for early morning surfers who want a cup of coffee. The location is very good to a few restaurants and it is not fat to walk to the steps going down to Bingin Beach. The rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner and the breakfast offered could be more varied. The choice is limited. It would also be nice if there was a small menu during the day of sandwiches and fresh juices. On the whole good but the staff need to pay more attention to detail, especially cleanliness. Transport is offered at a good price and motorbikes are for hire. Altogether very convenient if you are not fussy.

Reviewed By Juice551I had the best massage at the beauty salon attached to this hotel. The salon is called the Merta. The masseuse is qualified and has worked throughout Dubai and Turkey. She returned to Bali to care for her family and has recently opened this business. She also gave me a facial and hair treatment, both of which I was very happy with. Her prices are an absolute bargain. I'm so glad I found this place!!!!!

Reviewed By 96MLKWe were booked to stay here for 6 nights, we left after the 1st night. Staff were nice until we told them we wanted to leave, attitude changed very quickly.. The bedding was very clean and air con worked well. The walls however looked filthy and definitely in need of decorating. The shower was ice cold and the water smelt strongly of chlorine, they only provided us with 1 towel between 2 of us and no toilet paper. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was pretty disappointing - I had Nasi goreng which was okay, but I didn’t feel well the next morning. My partner had a “Hawaiian pizza” which consisted of the expected ingredients plus cabbage, carrots and peppers??? (It wasn’t nice) Value for money wise this place is good however we could not have spent 6 nights there. The location of the place seemed that it would be difficult to get around without scooters.
