Rude front desk, tiny room, overpriced
Reviewed By maynard7As of October 2018, I've been a TripAdvisor member for 14 years and I've written 186 reviews. It's very rare that I give a one-star review but this place deserves it. I called ahead to make sure that this hotel had hot water to take a shower and then I walked over, assuming I would check in if the room was halfway decent. The girl at the front desk didn't even look up and acknowledge me when I walked in; I had to start the conversation. She informed me that the price for one person was approximately 40.000 pesos, and a room with hot water was about double that. I asked if I could see the room since 80.000 pesos per night seemed like a lot for a hotel of this category in this neighborhood. She acted very put out, but got the key and showed me the room. I couldn't believe how small the room was; the bed nearly filled the entire space. In Colombia I've been told by other hotel clerks that there was hot water when in fact there wasn't, so I asked her if I could test the hot water and she refused to let me turn on the faucet. I've only experienced rude service like this in New York City, and I was really surprised to find this in a small city in Colombia. I just got my suitcase and left; I found another hotel nearby that was was only slightly more expensive, a bigger room, and hot water. Needless to say, I would never consider staying here on my next visit to Tuluá.

Reviewed By Diego BHotel recomendado; aseado en general y muy buen servicio por parte del personal. Las habitaciones cuentan con TV por cable, ventilador y aire acondicionado. No tienen servicio de parqueadero pero hay uno a media cuadra.
