Overall the hotel is very clean and the owners are extremely lovely people, they know lots about the area and their daughter is adorable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms are clean and comfortable with added touches such as l' Occiitane shower products. The breakfast buffet is exceptional with fresh baked goods, selection of cheeses and jams and more.

Reviewed By Christopher GOn our journey back from Gallipoli to our house in Akyaka we spent a night on the charming island of Bozcaada. I would loved to have spent longer and hopefully we will go back one day and investigate some more of the bars and restaurants in this lovely town with a very Greek feel. The Kalinda is in the heart of the town and a short walk to the harbour where there are an array of restaurants to suit everyone. The Kalinda is a delightful pansyon run by a lovely lady who is extremely helpful and provides a superb breakfast served outside when we were there. The rooms are beautifully decorated and of various sizes. Ours was quite small but adequate but our friends was huge. Once again our bathroom was small but provided all we needed. One plus point was a kettle and cups so a trip to the shop for coffee sticks made the morning even better. A highlight of our evening by the harbour was haggling with a 10 year old over the price of the selfysticks he was selling at 11.30. Try ei take in a wine tasting of the excellent Bozcaada vineyards.

Reviewed By mggamberThe rooms were so small that 2 of us could not walk in the room at the same time. One had to stay in bed while the other finished with the dressing and bathroom. The rooms are so adjacent to each other that one can easily hear what the people are talking at the next room. I guess there was no privacy concern of the hotel management for this farm-type guesthouse. The beds were not comfortable and small as normally due to the size of the room. The refrigerator was not functioning properly because our bottled water inside never got cold. The A/C was shut down automatically when you leave the room. The TV screen was so small (I guess 18'' like a computer monitor) and hang on the upper at the wall because there is no place to put it inside the room. We were looking at the TV with our heads always up so that I got a serious neck-ache which lasted for days after we left. It is expensive for this price. I will not stay there again, that is for sure...

The homemade breads and fruit conserves at breakfast were superb and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Hair dryers provided in the room were low power, so bring your own if you have thick or long hair. Bring earplugs for the neighborhood dogs that can bark incessantly at 2, 4, 6 am.

Reviewed By NewrumWe were a group of 3 and the room was spacious, clean and affordable. Despite being really close to the Street where all the Restaurant are, it was not noisy in the night. The breakfast was served on the roof top. It was more than enough and very tasty. The only problem for us was with the towels and swimsuits. There is no place to dry them in the room, also no balcony. So eventhough you put them to the roof top previous night, they would be still not dry in the morning sometimes. The couple who owns the place are nice, caring people. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it.
