Quite new and clean hotel
Reviewed By ProtravellersThe location is not far from the center and otherwise quiet, but every now and then a train is passing the hotel close by (almost not disturbing your sleep). The building looks pretty new and the rooms are clean. The beds are quite narrow, but otherwise the room is OK. The restaurant offers you a breakfast, which is also OK. We had also a dinner that was surprisingly tasty - one of the best I have ever had in Russia. The reception can also a little bit English, but the Russian or Finnish are better understood. All in all the hotel was a good choice in this city.

Reviewed By Cheese13Quite simple variant of budget accommodation, nevertheless ascetic rooms and amenities were decently clean. Centrally located, main attraction Korela fortress is just few hundreds meters away. Dining and drinking options are available next door. Service was pretty fine and free of charge drinking water availability on every floor is a pleasant bonus that many upper-scale hotels do not offer these days. Excellent for one-night sleep during the trip in Russian Karelia. Breakfast included, and it was totally okay but served in the room in the area surprisingly surrounded by commercial offices :) do not panic! The only thing that really bothers - we needed to wait for warm water for some time, and kept the taps open for several minutes until the cold water run off. But suppose this was because the hotel was empty in low-season (February).

Reviewed By nadejdalebedkinaНачну с плюсов, номер достаточно просторный. Рассчитан на 6х. Мы были 4ро взрослых и ребёнок, место было более, чем достаточно. В номере есть вся техника, кроме микроволновой печи. Wi-Fi Вся посуда. Мангал, решетка у входа в номер. Небольшая, но ухоженная территория. Детская площадка. Магазин в шаговой доступности (Магнит 20 минут пешком) Номер очень тёплый. Батареи даже пришлось убавить. Забыли санки взять ребёнку, и это не оказалось проблемой, так как есть прокат. Санки/тюбинг 200 рублей в час. Теперь не много о минусах, вода реально пахнет чем то неприятным. Так что собираясь в поездку советую запастись чистой питьевой. И диван в холле, уже провален и спать на нём не реально. А в целом место очень понравилось. Для семейного отдыха с детьми, вообще отлично. Тихо, спокойно и по домашнему уютно.

Reviewed By Елена РМесто, где расположена "Дача" - 69 км Приозерского шоссе, поселок Петровское. Место красивое, на берегу озера, в сосновом лесу. Территория ухоженная, дома и здания гармонично вписаны в природный ландшафт, хочется ходить и любоваться каждым уголком. Номер в гостинице - типа полулюкс, все классно: большая площадь, красивый интерьер, удобные кровати, открываются окна, хороший большой телевизор, есть сушилка, холодильник, гостиный уголок. Большая ванная комната, в ней ванна, сушилка, бесплатные туалетные принадлежности. Есть халаты и тапочки. Нет сейфа, я бы рекомендовала установить в номерах. Мало ТВ каналов, но на природе это не так важно. Завтрак не разнообразен, не шведский стол, а под заказ. Но при этом исполнение - на высоте. Можно выбрать из глазуньи, манной каши, запеканки, фруктов, винегрета... Есть место, где можно приготовить шашлыки, называется "На опушке", но все нужно привезти с собой, там есть некий мангал, но он скорее для решетки или очень длинных шампуров. Лучше свой. второй вариант - за 1900 руб можно арендовать беседку на берегу на 3 часа, и там все есть, кроме мяса, конечно). Хороший ресторан. Мы там и пообедали, очень вкусно! Шикарно) Есть пункт проката лыж, коньков, ватрушек, финских и простых саней. Есть каток. Лыжня проложена по лесу, за пределами базы. Так что страшновато, если народу мало)). Есть живой уголок со зверями: фазаны, куры, утки, цесарки, кролики, свинки, козы, перепела. Там же можно яйца купить. Есть музей русско-финской войны, но мы туда не попали. Очень классный бассейн, широкие дорожки, и большая длина. Вода +28, просто супер. Нужны шапочки (можно там купить). С 9 по 12 бассейн входит в стоимость проживания, в другое время- платно, но не дорого. Высокий уровень сервиса - персонал вежлив и клиенториентированн, выше всяких похвал. И девушки на ресепшн, и персонал ресторана. По итогу столько плюсов и позитивных впечатлений, что рекомендую всем и сама тоже сюда буду ездить!

Reviewed By Vlad RМожно приехать на зимнюю рыбалку и поймать налима в Бурной. Потом организовать мангал с рыбными стейками под холодное шабли. Места живописные, гулять - одно удовольствие. Среди сосен находиться - сказка.

Reviewed By _J893NUЕхали с семьей расслабиться и полюбоваться пейзажами. Получилось только с пейзажем. Хороший администратор! Вежливый, приятный и помогающий. Чистая и ухоженная территория вокруг отеля. Домики неказистые, в нашем были неполадки со светом, поэтому мы переселились в номер. Номер был немного пыльным, рваные шторы, один ночник сломан. Неприятный запах в туалете, если выключаешь вытяжку (с включённой очень шумно). Из плюсов номера: застеленные кровати, хороший напор горячей воды, отопление, телевизор. Звукоизоляция на нуле, слышно храп соседей, крики. Нет охраны: в фойе орали матом пьяные постояльцы (пили прямо в фойе), которых администратор не мог урезонить. Все это при детях. В бассейне необходим смотритель: в воде одновременно было около 15 детей, нарушались все правила поведения. В мужской раздевалке не работает ни одна дверь, на шкафчиках нет замков, душ очень грязный. Из плюсов бассейна: хорошая сауна.

Unexpectedly disappointing
Reviewed By AllaLapIt is even hard to call this place a hotel. Atmosphere is very unpolite and unfriendly. it feels like everyone in the hotel is only interested to be paid. And nothing else. Not before you, ve paid, nor after anyone is caring for you queries (and there are lots of things visitors to be unhappy about. The building was only open in winter 2014 and rooms are smelling with paint. Nevertheless the furniture and all other stuff is already broken or scrached. construction of some parts is still in process and its very loud there all the time. Moreover, when we asked to clean our room, we were told that they only do cleaning once in three days. The restaurant is overpriced (prices are at the same level with top St.Pete's places) and the staff is rude as well. Finally, when we arrived we did not know there was a discount for the rooms. As a result we paid the total price. And when I figured out t that we were charged more, they just confirmed this and refused to return the money. Smth like ' we know that we cheeted, but we can't help this.

Reviewed By Vlad RХорошее место для семейных пар рядом с лесом и водоёмом. Жарили шашлыки и ели вкусный овощной салат. Самое главное - с погодой повезло. Була настоящая русская зима. Советую приехать для семейного отдыха.
