Reviewed By Lady-mika16Koltol Guest House is infested with roaches. My flight came in late in the night so I had no choice to spend the night their. The hotel attendant showed us three different rooms and all had roaches. The worst thing to the attendant it was normal, did not even apologize for this matter.

Reviewed By ayodeleiiBegonia hotel is top notch, although a little pricey. I have lots of fun, the staff were kind and nice and very polite. The bar is very nice, with assorted delicacies and drinks, it was really a home away from home.

I was so thirsty and I requested for water to pay with my card but they blatantly refused and requested that I pay in cash. I had no money as I couldn’t leave work to get cash. The receptionist asked me to call the restaurant which I did and the guy also refused me paying with my card while I was practically dehydrated insisting I had to make a 1,000 purchase to use my card. If I was to die in your hotel, that would have been the end. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE EVER!!!

Reviewed By AshoOneJust recapping on my previous visit to Jericho Apartments. The standards are the same if not better. Very secure, quiet. Why does this place always remind me of my visits to Valencia. The management team are spot on. Clean rooms and sheets. Shower in perfect order. Electricity 100% at all times. I think they have several generators. Tucked away in a close near food co supermarket and a stone throw from Dugbe, Eleyeile, ibadan golf club and polo club. The only neutral aspect is parking can be tight but still enough space to park 15 cars.

The good: newish facility, very comfortable bed, o.k. bathroom, ample space, the 2 bedroom will accommodate 4 visitors and even more, relatively quiet environment. Courteous staff. The not so good: internet never worked during my stay, I was told that it was a one-off issue from the service provider. The kitchen in the apartment had a full service cooker and oven (not typically used by short term visitors) but did not have a microwave oven (very useful for heating food). Food from the Biobak kitchen/restaurant was o.k. but on the expensive side. Will definitely consider staying again in the future especially if visiting with the family, it is better value for multiple visitors compared to a solo visit.

Reviewed By stephenUgoI stayed 3 nights in Ibadan, at this cozy midsize hotel with a five star service. Located in a serene, secure environment in the GRA. The staff are very cheerful and friendly. The kitchen staff would call my room around 7.30pm to ask what I would like to have for breakfast the next morning; she would also ask when I woukd like to have the meal. I always said 8.00 am. Each morning by 7:58am I heard a knock on my door: my breakfast arrived. Awesome!! Delicious meals and a range of available options. I have found a perfect 'home' in Ibadan.

Did not stay at hotel but visited regularly for swimming and the bar
Reviewed By maddocksThe bar and swimming is very good. Had food here which is limited but to be expected as this is Nigeria of course. They did burgers though which was good for my 4 yr old and he was happy with that and then plain white rice for the younger ones. Drinks and food excellent price . Everyone is very hospitable and friendly. The swimming pool is clean but the changing rooms not so much. Always take toliet roll and wipes with you. I am writing this review as although I did not stay in the rooms it is a thank you to the staff that are working there for the bar and restaurant plus the swimming pool.

As the food is freshly prepared, it can take some time, so do make sure you order at least 45 minutes ahead!
