From the moment of booking until the moment of departure the service was just perfect and available. Mark is a wonderful person who is seen to have established the place out of a desire and love to give people a perfect vacation. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable with quality bedding. Refrigerator with a drink for a fair fee (you can ask mark for extra drink for the room or the area outside), Nespresso coffee machine, safe, spacious closet, new and clean bathroom, spacious and charming - everything is new. The yard outside the room is well-kept and cozy with quality sun beds, umbrellas, tables and of course the Jacuzzi which was a refreshing addition (even in the evening by candlelight). There is full free parking at the front, authentic restaurants in the town within 4 minutes drive, the coastline about 8 minutes drive and the town of Larnaca a 12 minute drive. Just perfect. · Everything was just perfect, we will definitely be back again

Most of the other guests were taking the name seriously, lying on chaise-longues reading all sorts of books ?. It was busy and unfortunately, our Superior Double Room did not have a view, but it was nicely decorated in an old-fashioned way. The service was very good but the Covid affected them and they lack one or two additional personnel to be able to be on top of things at all times. We had dinner here one night and at the Retro Tavern the second one. Both were tasty and the service was excellent. The breakfast was good but it should be improved. It is not a complaint, just a suggestion – we liked staying here and we would like to come back one day to enjoy again the quiet atmosphere of the place.

Reviewed By kellfitz7Aleksandra the manager of the Hai Hotel Larnaca is simply “the best”. Efficient and prompt in ensuring any request is provided. The location is central providing access to beach, historical sites, restaurants and shops. The Hai is situated on a side street from the beach front. A new Hotel that has everything one would need from a city centre Hotel. Great size rooms comfortable Hugh double beds. Clean and spotless. For those with miles on the clock like myself the Hotel was a great find. Near to the St Lazarus Church and the Old City. The only challenge is there is no car parking though there is a two euro daily rate car park near by. I definitely have no hesitation recommending this hotel to the young and young at heart. Will be back.

Reviewed By Ambalika PWent to Tuck Inn yesterday and ordered the Indian platter tandoor food which came after 40 mins ( server had told us it would take 30 mins). When the food came out, it was charred and blackened and the meat was so dry you could almost hear the crisp crunch of the meat when cutting through it! When we complained and asked to see the manager, we were told he was too busy to come out and talk to us- apparently this is the food they always serve. If anyone is thinking of going there, DONT! There are plenty more restaurants, some lovely independent ones too- visit those instead! Not going back to rude, impolite and disgusting service and food!

Upon arrival we realised that we needed to get the key to our room via the Opera Hotel across the road which was a little bit of a fuss having already trecked with our luggage to Operetta House. Wanting to freshen up once in the room we realised that the shower water wouldn't drain properly, the toilet didn't flush and the sink tap wouldn't give out cold water. Woken up by singing and church bells at six in the morning everyday! Will never stay here again.

Reviewed By MykosherDeserve 5 stars for the incredible effort of the Habbad community in Larnaca Religious dimension: impeccable, prayers in a minyan (Ashkenazi rite) The place is extremely clean and well kept Restaurant: not great food, but it's good Good and pleasant surprise the roof terrace for a drink Good surprise the small supermarket on the 1st floor where we find everything Need to improve: >create a small lobby where people can sit >need 1 table and 1 chair in the rooms if you want to attract the business traveler >serve the breakfast around 7am (and not 9am, it coincides with the end of chaarit, but for travelers who leave early it does not fit) >indicate a taxi number when there is no one at the reception >the view from all the rooms overlooks a life-size reproduction of a prisoner accommodation building in the concentration camps and even a mirador and barbed wire has to be reconsidered for a new hotel that aims to attract a passing clientele for business or for holidays.
