Worst experience for an all inclusive hotel
Reviewed By yesimeralpWe were here for a congress meeting, but had some time for leisure as well. The rooms were clean and our stay was whole board. There was water, coffee or tea in the room when we first came, but they were not supplied daily. The ac was not working and I had a terrible time at night fighting with the mosquitoes, since I had to keep the balcony door open because of the heat. The service was not good although the hotel was not full. Most of the personnel was not trained adequately and the service was poor. The food was mediocre and drinks very low quality. What was disturbing most was that the sales department wanted to know who I was and where I came from just to give me information about the current price for one room. I never liked all inclusive resorts, but this hotel was the worst experience ever.

The resort gives you a choice of either single or double rooms in the main hotel, sea view gallery or studio club rooms or our brand new poolside luxury suites. All our rooms have balconies offering different views either sea, harbour or mountain. The hotel boasts 3 outdoor fresh water pools and a small indoor cold plunge pool which is located in the Spa & Wellness centre. The aqua pool provides hours of fun for the kids with 2 water flume fun slides and it doesn't stop there, the wave pool gives added enjoyment for all. The third and largest outdoor pool on the complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens and palmtrees, the ideal place to relax and let time pass by. There are two restaurants situated next to the pools serving delicious lunches & snacks

The custom technique is good. The sea is very nice. Oscar Otel çok özel ve harika çalışanlar var, özellikle Ensar, Gölçat ve Abbas. Özel teknik iyidir. Deniz çok güzel.

Reviewed By tugce kThe honeymoon suit was paid in advance. They gave us a room with no electric, cooler or drink. My husband went to take a shower to find out that the shower was broken. I was thirsty and there was not even A drink. Had to leave 6am in the morning. Worse place ever. We ended up renting another hotel and they refused to give us refunds.

Pretty good for a 3 star, but watch check-out
Reviewed By John VThe facilities here are pretty good, particularly in the summer. 2 swimming pools, one in and one out, but both very cold in February as not heated. Separate indoor play area for young children. Rooms comfortable. Staff are very friendly - the highlight really. Hotel is leased from the company that runs a cheap Turkish airline - the manager/landlord is very keen to make sure guests are happy. Hotel buffet is nice. Sour taste left in the mouth after check out - closing account was charged against credit card in Euros, and the receipt said I had agreed not to pay in Euros with Turkish Lire being converted to Euros subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. I do not pay foreign transaction fees on my card, so this was robbery. The receipt said I was asked and agreed - I did not. If my card charged transaction fees, I would have two fees, one by the hotel for Lire to Euro and one converting Euros to GBP. This is illegal and day light robbery. PLEASE demand to clear your account in Lire (fortunately, costs are relatively low, so I not in the poor prison!).

Lots of beautiful cats and they are all looked after? Not at all feral, so if you’re a cat lover this is the place to stay. Going back next year , see you soon .

The Green Holiday Village nestles between the gentle slopes of the five-finger mountain and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean coastline. Green Holiday Village is situated 9 km west of Kyrenia and 14 km east of Guzelyurt and 30 km far from Ercan airport. There are some beautiful beaches in and around Kyrenia and some are only 15-minutes walk from the resort. We are also within walking distance of the historical Lambousa ruins. The resort is just adjacent to the main road, where numerous public buses run into Kyrenia on a regular basis. The resort is in an appealing location with many attractions, suitable for all ages and families.
Green Holiday Village is no more!!
Reviewed By mistcoHaving been to, and reviewed the Green Holiday Village in Alsancak, Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus, I have some awful news! In trying to book there again for 2014, local enquiries revealed that the Green Holiday Village is no longer a hotel; apparently, it now used as accommodation for the staff who work at the Casino! The hotel has recently suffered a serious flooding, but whether that is the reason for its current use, I have no idea. I'm going to Kyrenia again in September 2014, and will report back on any further news of this brilliant hotel.
