5 star service and garden, but tiny, stuffy room
Reviewed By stork90After reading reviews and recommendations here, I had requested a room in the back. Thus, we were away from the noise from the street, and slept well both nights we were here, although the seagulls called loudly to each other all night. Even with the window open (and curtains covering it to try to keep out bugs - no screens), the room was humid and stuffy. The bathroom was tiny and water temperature kept changing throughout the shower. The front desk and breakfast service, however, were fantastic! They were super friendly and helpful, even though they only spoke Spanish, and us mainly English. The lady at reception patiently helped us rent a car from Theo Car (highly recommend for price and delivery to/from the hotel) to use for 24 hours so we could tour Elqui Valley and go to an observatory tour). We enjoyed hanging out in the large garden area on our first afternoon, and made use of the communal kitchen with refrigerator and freezer (and wine glasses) to chill and enjoy our bottle of wine.

Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Felt very safe here as lots of lovely families - all Chilean at the time of year. Fabulous grounds with super clean pool & lots of birds. Totally non- stress & comfortable place to be. Will be back next time we are here....

Reviewed By ecuadorjocelynI am 72. I had reservations at this place through Booking.com. Upon check in, I asked for a signed receipt, since I was paying in cash. The receptionist refused and threw me out. It was after dark during the coronavirus crises. I had no where to go.

Reviewed By Juu SIt was a relaxing stay here. The place is clean, calm, the room and beds were really confortable. Nice breakfast, working Internet, and the hosts were friendly. It's nicely located and not far from the big mall.

Reviewed By TravelchileNice building and good location just few metters of the beach. But when you get into the rooms you'll find a dirty old room, with a trasg carpet on the floor. We had a terrible experience, finding pubic hair in the bath, then they change us of room and we found again head hair all over the shower ceramic. After that I asked for devolution of the amount I payed for the reservation and the administrator told me because of company politics only que could refund 50%.

Reviewed By HighcoasterJust what you need as it come to a place to sleep. The rooms are spread out along a court yard. We had our own stairs. The room was a bit small and cold in the morning. Not very large breakfast but I got coffee.
