Reviewed By normanbM6482VEStayed here for 5 nights. The location is excellent, on the bay of Kotor a 5 euro taxi ride from Kotor old town. The staff are lovely, the swimming pool nice and warm and they have a lovely sunbathing area right by the sea. We had a standard room on the ground floor, maybe I would upgrade to a room off the ground floor next time as the window looks straight onto the roadside. Great stay.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location
Reviewed By SueFDLots of positives - the hotel is extremely pretty, wonderfully maintained and in an amazing location. The breakfasts were fabulous, although to eat outside in the restaurant area by the sea one had to pay a surcharge which seemed a bit mean given the room rates. Superior rooms have a gorgeous view and lovely balcony and are very nicely decorated. The room and the bathroom are quite small though and the bathroom only had mood lighting. Area by the sea is really wonderful. Staff very sweet and housekeeping very attentive. Just a bit too far from Kotor Old Town to be absolutely ideal and bike hire (and absolutely terrifying night time local driving on small lane to hotel!) too pricey (Euro 15 per bike) to do every evening just to go for dinner. A real shame as the old town is amazing and also too busy with cruise ships and too hot in the day. It is possible to get taxis but that wasn’t really what we’d hoped for and the walk is lovely but just too far really (35-40 minutes). We had to have a takeaway breakfast on our last day because of an early flight which was terrible so make sure you can have your breakfast in the hotel.

Lovely building from 13th of centuries. Located in Skaljarska pjaca (Salad square) just 20 meters from entrance to the city walls and 50 meters from St Triphon Catedrale. Bus station is on 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking is 600 meters far away, reservation is not needed. Very polite english and italian speaking staff will make your stay very nice. We have 2 double standard rooms, 1 king room, 2 double deluxe and one room with a sea view. All rooms has own bathroom double beds, AC and satellite TV . Shared kitchen is also located inside of the building and is available for guests 24 hours.

The hotel is located at the shore of the bay in the center of town Prcanj, in an old stone house of the XVIII century. Here you can purely feel the atmosphere of that time, when in those parts lived glorious sailors - traders and customers, and poets and artists spent their vacation in finding the muses - enjoy the beautiful nature, old monuments, Orthodox and Catholic churches and clean air, which is an integral component of breathtaking scenery.

Reviewed By Russell TIt’s a very good boutique hotel near Kotor. The staff were superb. There was a mixup with the room (but I blame hotels.com, not this hotel). The staff sorted it out and I was very happy with our ocean room view. There’s a lovely seating area on the bay for breakfast, drinks, sunbathing, and swimming. The location is pretty good. It was too hot to walk to Kotor, but we would have if it were cooler. Most would probably drive, and it’s a short drive. Internet was pretty good but not great. I wouldn’t want to have a bunch of video calls from here (and thankfully, I didn’t!). I’d recommend requesting room 11. Pros: Staff Breakfast (Eggs, Yogurt, Fruit) Views Location Cons: Breakfast (Croissant, “Bacon”, Cheese) Views (if not facing Bay, it’s ok)

Het nieuwe hotel is bijzonder fraai qua architectuur en verwerkte materialen. Het mooie zwembad is zeer centraal gesitueerd. Heerlijke lounge muziek bij de comfortabele ligbedden met voldoende schaduw. De bediening is werkelijk top. Altijd vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. In de namiddag werd aan de gasten fruit geserveerd op kosten van het hotel. Kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht en een heerlijk kingsize bed. De badkamer is ruim, schoon en heeft een grote goed werkende regendouche. Enig verbeterpunt is dat de kluis verankerd dient te worden, maar we hebben de kluis niet gebruikt omdat het gevoel van veiligheid overheerst. Gerechten zijn zeer betaalbaar en waren steeds erg smaakvol. Conclusie: Absolute aanrader.

Amazing balcony view

Helpful owner who help sort out our hire car arrangements when we were moving on. Gave great information about using new ferry boats (Graciana and Elektra) to see the bay and travel back from Hertzeg Novi via Perast.

Reviewed By 135rogerdThis apartment does exactly what is expected of it. Jadranka provided a fantastic welcome - beer, cold drinks and chocolates. Every time we saw her she was very friendly and popped round mid way through the week with cakes she had made. Such a lovely person! The apartment was nice - it had a large double bedroom, bathroom and a separate kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped - though we only used to it make breakfast and chill drinks etc. There is a large outside patio area which is great, and has fantastic views across the Kotor bay and you can watch the large cruise ships going back and forth. At night time it was quiet, though the traffic on the street during the day was a bit loud for sitting outside for a long time. The air conditioning worked well in the lounge and just about cooled through the bedroom for hot nights. It was a short walk down hill to town (uphill on the way back) along the busy road, but a bit of a longer walk took you down the hill to the bay, with an area of bars restaurants and beach which was nicer and a more peaceful walk into down. We ate down here one night too and that was great. Overall we would recommend especially for the hospitality. Location wise, this is probably about as close to town you can get an apartment this good!
