Confusing experience
Reviewed By ScottC4622Purely personal experience. Upon arrival the asked for our passports and refused to return them until we had completed our stay. After asking for them back they stated it was a deposit system, it was either have our passports back or hand over one million dong. We asked them to scan them instead but they didnt want to even though once we left I saw they had clearly scanned them anyway.I've never heard of this occurring and seems incredibly devious. The hotel also CLEARLY states that it is a none smoking hotel, and has non smoking rooms. The door on the back has a sign stating caught smoking will have a $50 fine. The room next to us started smoking in the hallway which to my surprise was weird, gone downstairs to ask the staff (the same people who didnt give our passports back) and they said it's fine to smoke in the hallways of every floor. So my girlfriend and I endured every night of disgusting smoke airing our room for hours whilst people smoked. It was honestly like living in a tobacco factory.This definitely should have set the alarm off but didnt. All in all, the hotel was close to the beach, and had decent views from the hallway only. I also booked the superior double room cause I was under the impression from their own photos that there was a bath. Gone to the room, no bath.

The hotel is good,the room sea view, breakfast many choices, nearly the beach. The receptionist is friendly and open. Daily housekeeping staff, free 2 bottles of mineral water, daily tea, coffee.

Great service, great stay

We wanted to take a look at the rooms before we stayed, and she was most accommodating. Her friendly manner was part of the reason we decided to stay there. The other girl at reception (long hair) was also helpful whenever we needed anything. The room was good with comfy beds, clean towels and hot water with decent pressure. The breakfast was delicious too and good value. The hotel is in a great location, just off the beach. At the end of our stay, the manager even helped us book our train tickets to Da Nang. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel!

The room was lovely the shower is very very clean and everything else about this place is great i recommend this place highly if your around this area! LINH IS THE BEST

Reviewed By Trinh_244Located right behind shopping center and minutes away to Tran Phu beach. Room was new and offers kitchen plus laundry. Good for long stay. Host was very attentive and friendly. Note: entrance is a bit tricky to find, entry via Ly Tu Trong at Hoan Cau Luxury residence building.

Nice hotel to stay when you come to Nha Trang
Reviewed By Nguyễn MI had booked the sea-view room of this hotel with reasonable cost about two month earlier than my actual trip to Nha Trang. My first impression with this hotel is when i checked in, quite late in the afternoon, there was no receptionist to help us receiving our room. And we had to wait for about five minutes to have someone serving us. So this will be a major minus point to this hotel. However, our nine-floor sea-view room had a breathtaking view that i couldn't ask for more. i could lay in bed to watch the spectacular sunrise of Nha Trand and felt like i was floating on the immense ocean. Our room had an extra bed which is nicely placed by the king-sized bed. The equipment were adequate and well installed.To talk about the location of this hotel, it was extremely convenient because it is in Tran Phu street which has endless beach and diversified travel destinations. Nevertheless, the bathroom was not so comfortable and clean. So i think the general manager should do some upgrade to the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not various in dishes but it has good quality. To conclude, i highly recommend this hotel's sea-view room for your holiday trip to Nha Trang

Lovely hotel but pool barriers need to be higher!!!
Reviewed By hollyannem2020Stayed here for one night before we flew to nha trang. Good location, staff are lovely really accommodating and the bed is probably the biggest I've ever seen. The rooftop area is lovely with a nice (and cheap!!) cocktail bar. However, the barriers around the pool are very short with a huge drop over the other side. On each side of the space there is an area where if someone tripped over a sun lounger they could easily fall over the barrier. I am terrified of heights so I felt I couldn't enjoy my cocktail on the roof terrace because of this. Definitely isn't a place for children.

Relatively overpriced and in need of some TLC
Reviewed By 427raebPro's The staff were polite and friendly Cons -This is not a hotel its a guest house which could be much better with some attention to detail. They need curtains that fit the windows, an ariel for the TV so your not forced to watch a grainy picture. They also need a new hot water system as the solar power they say they have only provided us with luke warm water. The tiles in the bathroom came straight from the seventies (multi coloured )and were quite depressing. The bin in the bathroom was unsuitable hence it left rust marks on the floor and the wooden trough attached to the window bars where very basic toiletries were provided is also an unsuitable eye sore. After a short while of use the air con blocked my nose and opening the windows did not help as very little air or light for that matter came in due to the buildings surrounding this guest house. Finally the breakfast was insufficient and there was limited choice. We only stayed two nights during which time no cleaning was done. I can not say this hotel was value for money as the hotel we moved to was of a much higher standard and we paid a lot less.
