Reviewed By A DWe’ve been travelling around Turkey for about a month, visiting beautiful locations and cultural and natural sights of which this country has a significant amount to offer. We stayed in numerous five star hotels, and charming boutique accommodations. While they are worthy of note, my review today is exclusively focused on one place and one person in particular, the Heart de Maison in Kemer and it’s manager Ms Ceylan. The hotel is in a class of its own, small, intimate, offering personal touch and customer care unsurpassed by any luxury hotel we stayed in. Furthermore, the design and sophistication with which this hotel was made and has in spades, afforded not only a feast for a discerning eye, but a sense of artistic genius. In our experience, this is rarely found in places where the big hotel chains dominate and are often accompanied by impersonal, faceless service. Heart de Maison is a place where you wish to spend your valuable vacation time and here are the reason why. We haven’t met the cleaning lady, but whoever she is, she is thorough, with an impeccable attention to detail. The entire unit we stayed in was sparkling clean, from every corner to every inch, of every surface, and the feeling was superb! The bed is incredibly luxurious , soothing, affording such comfort that reminded me of our stay in The Plaza Athénée in Paris few years ago. The hotel is located in a centre of town, close to all sightseeing places, shops and transport which we have found exceedingly convenient. The unit is well equipped with anything you might need from a dishwasher to a washing machine, glasses, plates, and all the other kitchen appliances that we didn’t really use but were glad to have :) And the most importantly, we were greeted and farewelled by the most amazing hotel manager that I have ever had a pleasure of meeting, Ms Ceylan Ms Ceylan is a progressive, modern Turkish woman who not only impressed us with her professional capabilities but also charmed us with her intelligence, tact, sophistication and kindness that we all agreed was uniquely refreshing and positively appreciated. She was there for us every step of the way, easily reachable and always available for enquires, often silly questions and more often then not just a friendly and enlightening chat. She is well informed about her country and her culture and she shed an enlightening spark on Turkey, which after a month of travelling, afforded us a true insights into the people and culture; and isn’t that what all travellers aspire to learn. We wish to thank Ms Ceylan for her dedication to us and her impeccable professional and we sincerely and warmly recommended a magical Heart de Maison.

Reviewed By JayubestAmsterdam Butik Otel Kemer is a perfectly clean, efficient and up-to-date budget hotel. It is located in the city but only 5-10 minutes away from the main beach. We liked our bright room with balcony, the small but clean swimming pool, and the fridge next to the reception where you can get all your drinks at very cheap prices any time of the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very calm when we were there, but the hotel across the street turns on loud music on some evenings. If you are looking for a clean budget hotel in Kemer, this is your best choice. Thank you, Amsterdam Butik Otel Kemer! : )

cheating at the reception

But the employee who gave us the number is no longer there. after living at the hotel for 2 days, no one said anything to us, when we checked out, they billed 2 times more. threatening if we don't pay, they call the police. if there was a lot of time, I would agree to it. the hotel deceives its guests, as a result of which the bill is higher than you originally agreed.everything that you do in the hotel, you will not be told that it is paid, but will be forced to pay upon checkout
