Reviewed By hweeyingWe stayed 3 nights at a triple room. The inn located at a small alley but very near to the west gate which we took the car to and from high speed railway station. We booked one day trip and the set ticket (8 attraction + river cruise) of Fenghuang from the owner. They also recommended very good restaurant and cafe to us which the price really cheap. Stayed on Dec 2018.

Reviewed By CaraMcAvincheyThis hotel hasn’t had many reviews but we really enjoyed our experience. I wish we had stayed longer than one night. The rooms overlook the river and you have a small balcony for yourself to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee. It also means you can watch the town light up at night. The decor is tasteful and the rooms were very clean. For breakfast, there aren’t any western options so I suggest taking a walk and finding Soul Cafe instead.

Nice Hotel with friendly service

The receptionist who is a pretty girl guided us to the quite far away bus station. We had to handle our luggage by ourselves. But the nice location (easy find address), the suitable roomprice and friendly service make me be willing to come back in next trip.

Reviewed By Chungder L我於2016年1月住此客棧兩夜，沐曦園背倚南華山，不臨江，但有居高臨下、鬧中取靜、遠眺大景的優點。它隱身在熱鬧的地段，位在虹橋和風橋之間，出入上下一小段階梯，但到街上、江邊來挺快和方便的！ 我們人到虹橋，打電話給他們，然後拍攝虹橋景色，還没拍過癮，客棧的小伙子就出現了。他幫我們提行李，走幾分鐘就到了。一進小院，男女主人就迎出寒喧，十分親切。 李老板、李小姐（夫妻同姓）是熱愛開車自助旅遊的人，吃飯時會陪著聊天，分享從網路上找到一群志同道合的人，一起開車走西藏、新疆、黔中南等地，深入未開發之區，途中到民家打尖兒、搭帳、開伙的經驗。 這家客棧2016年換手經營，李老闆夫婦是三個月前到鳳凰旅遊，就此愛上這個地方，剛好這間客棧上個經營者結束經營，他們就承接下來。重新裝修後，農曆年前才重新開張。房型和價格多種，除了雙標房，還有情侶房，以及提供青年學子背包客、沙發客的經濟房。 有個西藏喇嘛在這裡住了十多天，老板沒跟他收費，當作贊助佛寺捐款。住那裡時也遇到來自台灣和長沙大學的研究生房客，大家聊成一片。這是很特別、熱誠的溫馨客棧，有家的感覺。 房間乾淨，餐點可口（其中有種烟熏豆乾，是我第一次吃到，很像起司味道，很好吃），服務良好，強力推薦！

Reviewed By Rulian FI stayed there with a friend for two nights in March of 2018. We had a room with 2 twin beds, without a balcony. Strictly speaking, I think this hotel was actually a bed and breakfast place. Here're what I like and not like about this B&B: - Great location! If you want to stay inside the ancient town, there were no big name (or small name) hotel chains. There were many B&Bs, but this might be one of the best. - The room was big enough and the bath room was also spacious. But they were pretty basic and did not have much storage space and there were nowhere to hang the towels. - The bed was comfortable and the white beddings and towels were both of decent quality. - The B&B was on the side of the river where no vehicle can access, so you need to call the B&B and they will send someone to help you with your luggage. And please remember to bring small suitcases for your convenience - hard to drag the suitcase on the cobble stone paths and up and down the steps of the bridges. - The family that owns/runs the B&B was very nice and helpful. The wife was also a good cook. You can order dinner there in advance. We did it one day and really enjoyed the home cooked meal. - There was a guest lounge on the 2nd floor which was quite nice. - There was no screen on the windows. It is important that you close the windows as soon as you turn on the lights in the evening, otherwise you'd have the little black flying bugs (and mosquitos in the warm season) all over the room! - The climate was humid which made the room and all its beddings and towels feel damp. The dehumidifier did not seem to make much difference. - The lobby is not non-smoking and people did smoke which was rather unpleasant for people who were allergic to smoke.

Perfecto para ver la parte antigua de Fenghuang
Reviewed By urbano76LA habitación era tal cual venían en las fotografías. Una habitación grande con una buena cama y bien decorada. El cuarto de baño estaba bastante completo y la ducha era muy buena. La única pega del baño era que se encontraba dentro de una "pecera" de cristal que para cuidar de la intimidad de los clientes con sus acompañantes tiene unas cortinas, algo que he visto en varios hoteles de Asia. El hotel se encuentra en la parte oeste del río, si vais en taxi que os dejen en el puente para el tráfico rodado en esta cara. Desde allí veréis unas escaleras que bajan hacia la parte antigua, nada más bajar esas escaleras el hotel se encuentra a la derecha. La chica de recepción muy simpática y comunicativa aunque teníamos que usar el traductor del teléfono porque su inglés era escaso. La ubicación es perfecta porque está en la parte antigua pero no al lado del río donde la música de los bares haría que no se pudiera descansar.

Étant donné le prix de la nuit soit 20€ , nous avions la climatisation , de l eau chaude .l hôtel est bien situé à quelques pas de la vieille ville ce qui est mieux finalement car le soir c est ambiance boîte de nuit et musique à fond donc on est plus au calme . Le personnel parle anglais et réserve les billets de train si nécessaire . Il est vrai que les chambres sont vieillottes et vieillissantes en comparaison des photos présentées . Nous avions une salle de bain avec western toilettes , l évacuation d eau été bouchée après la douche un effet piscine pas très agréable ... le ménage n est fait que sur demande. La Literie est assez ferme . Il y a quand même une bouilloire , un sèche cheveux . Je recommande cet hôtel pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la ville à petit budget et qui se contente d un hôtel pour dormir .

Reviewed By TimKowHostel is located near Hongqiao ( Rainbow Bridge ) the busiest point in FengHuang. We were given Room 103 with an excellent view but it is very noisy, music stopped at 2330 but night food hawkers continued until early morning. The noise started next morning before 7 am with huge group arrivals with guides using microphone. Please take note that only squatting toilets are available.
