Hotel Bracera 4 stars is brand new hotel in the center of Budva. 51 rooms+apartments, Restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath. Most of the rooms has sea view. Prices are for Bed & Breakfast, but we also offer lunch and dinner. All rooms have balcony, bathroom with shower, double or twin bed, bathrobe, towels, slippers, cosmetics, WiFi, cable TV. Apartments are with 3+1 beds or like 2 connected double rooms with shared balcony. We have super helpful, very kind and multilingual staff (english, russian and italian language). Beach is 100m away from the Hotel Bracera, old town of Budva is 1000m away. Elegant, warm, new hotel with great staff will make great memories of your vacation. Welcome!

Brand new room, huge and very large room, well equipped, bright, very clean, huge double bed, balcony, fridge, TV, high speed internet. Elevator at the hotel. Another elevator from the parking lot. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, according to reviews. We drank coffee and hot chocolate there at the expense and generosity of the landlord and manager. The owner and manager of the place, Mr. Lobo Lekic, is a great person, pleasant in manners, speaks a variety of different languages, has extensive experience in hotels and hospitality. A charming person, super pleasant and kind, cordial, welcomes guests with excellent hospitality. All the rest of the staff are wonderful, smiling, polite and courteous. The breakfast is excellent, delicious, tasty, varied. The dining room is very clean. In order to get to the underground parking it is best to put the address in the navigation app: Slovenska obala, Budva or register "Hotel Budva" about twenty or thirty meters before the mentioned hotel and about the same distance from the entrance to the street on the right you will see Barrier Gate (look at the picture). As you approach the Barrier Gate it goes up and you can go down to the floor minus 1 or minus 2. In any case there is also an entrance to the hotel without a car from the street. It is best to talk to the hotel before arrival and they will help. In any case do not give up this hotel because the parking looks a bit complicated. It is an amazing hotel with wonderful and good people and this hotel deserves to be full all days. Excellent hotel from all aspects, highly recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended.

Reviewed By shanedublin2019Hotel just quaint and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Budva. Picture perfect. Staff and the owner (Branco) are THE nicest I've met. If you're thinking of running a hotel or even a CEO of one come here and see how it's done...to perfection. Branco should give lectures on how to manage staff and run a hotel successfully. Staff have always a welcoming smile and nothing is too much bother. They are happy in their work. Rooms are compact with everything in them. Balconies are sheltered from the beating sun. Beautiful garden where you can stay during the day with a lovely waterfall feature and the breakfast honestly is the best I've ever had in a hotel. Place is quite, just 5-10 minutes walk from beach and it's surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The bus station is only 5 minutes walk. There is an outdoor canopied seating area beside the road that serves ice cream, burgers, pizza, pancakes etc. Great for adults and the kids. Only 5 minutes from the bus station You will not be disappointed, guaranteed.

Our bedroom perfectly suited to our family of 3, Plenty of room, Comfy Beds, lovely decor, Excellent Wifi, and a lovely view over the pool. The breakfast was lovely, all sorts of different foods to suit every pallet. Everywhere is clean and the Hotel staff are very pleasant and very accommodating. The location is excellent, easy access to the beach, Shops and restaurants. There is a Restaurant that is linked to the Hotel "Medin Restaurant" We decided not to go out one evening after having a long day trip out and The Hotel even ordered food in for us" We will definitely be going back to Hotel Eleven

Just off the main road yet still walking distance to the beach. There is a great restaurant at Hotel Adrovic just next to the villa with really nice view and great food.

Reviewed By Z9276YSlucieThis is a 1* service hotel wrongly given 4*, stay clear especially if you were looking for a relaxing holiday after Covid. Their excuse for a check in that took an hour was because they had “too many check outs”. This shouldn’t be a customers problem on the day of arrival. We asked if we could use the facilities whilst we waited for check in and they said no, we are paying £250 to stay here. We entered what I will say a gorgeous suite. But shortly faced with our personal WiFi not working and said they would try and fix it the next day (we were only here for 2 nights) . The room temperature was 28 degrees. Once the aircon started working it took 8 hours to take it down to 24 degrees. The cherry on top and this is all within 24 hours. We had come back to our room not being made (standard service of a hotel regardless of star rating). When we went to complain we had the boss shouting to the receptionist demanding we show him the room. He came in shouting and getting on the floor wiping his hands saying it wasn’t dirty, not understanding that our room was a tip and should have been turned over. Otherwise we would have paid half the price for an air Bnb. He continues to shout and can’t accept that we are giving them feedback. It has honestly ruined our first 2 days abroad after such a long time so would go somewhere with better service. The staff are rude and aggressive very stressful stay.

Reviewed By U5324WHadammPensjonat Apartments Grand znajduje się w odległości około 4m od miejscowości Svieti Stefan.Z tarasu na którym znajduje się przyjemny basen,rozpościera się piękny widok na to miasteczko,niestety zamknięte dla zwiedzania.Mieliśmy pokój dwupoziomowy z balkonem i widokiem na morze.Pokój czysty z aneksem kuchennym.Niestety klimatyzacja już trochę zużyta.Nie dawała rady przy upałach 40 stopni.Właściciel bardzo miły.Ogromnym atutem tego pensjonatu jak dla nas był basen,który dawał wytchnienie od sierpniowych upałów.Na plus zasługuje też kryty garaż.Polecam ten pensjonat.

Accepted booking despite being closed

Not only was the hotel not at the location listed in the Booking listing (it’s at a different address across town), but the hotel was closed for the season when we finally found it after 1+ hours of searching. Their phone was disconnected too. It was one of the most frustrating and perplexing hotel experiences of my life. Don’t accept bookings if you’re not actually open!
