Very comfortable lodging - perfect location for Elbrus
Reviewed By thornetaGreat and cheap laundry service - well located right next door to the gondola. Food is quiet good and the breakfast buffet was different each day and really hit the spot. Rooms are great, though some do not have a fridge. Shower is a bit on the small side. One of the newer places in Azau.

Reviewed By JNKettingApparently it is the best hotel in the area. Location is good. In a quiet piece of pine forest and a 10 minute drive to Elbrus. Rooms are big and reasonably good. Rooms have balconies. Bathrooms are ok but cold water was lacking for the three days we were there. Internet is available in some rooms and unavailable in other rooms. Low speed and unstable connection. Service is average and not overly friendly. Breakfast starts at 0900 only. If you want to make early trips than you have to skip breakfast. Dinner is a buffet at fixed time as well. Mildly tasty. Design is kitsch. Billiards room and sauna and so on were closed. Staff can't tell you much about what to do as a tourist. I would come back here only because there's no better place in the area. At check out we were accused of having taken 1 face towel?!?! Who needs a face towel?

Reviewed By Виктор СХороший отель, вежливый персонал. Канатные дороги на Чегет и Эльбрус совсем совсем рядом. Есть беседки, река Баксан протекает за забором, вид из номера изумительный. Приэльбрусье навсегда! Всё хорошо и замечательно, есть беседки с мангалом, можно устроить романтический ужин.

Reviewed By firestarter87+ Отличное расположение. Есть парковка. На 1м этаже всегда в доступе чай/кофе, вода и печеньки. Завтраки очень вкусные. Есть небольшой бассейн и сауна, а также бильярд. - Хозяин следит за порядком сквозь пальцы: в сентябре висит атрибутика Нового Года, а в номерах почти ничего нет из необходимого. Нас заселили в номер с выключенной батареей и без ресивера для телевизора (телевизоры кстати очень древние). Все, конечно, можно спросить на ресепшн (в том числе фен), но зачем так гонять постояльцев.. Меняли полотенца и выносили мусор (только из ванной) каждый день, об остальном нам приходилось просить. Из минусов также отмечу, что одеяла очень колючие и на двухспальную кровать их кладут два односпальных. Нет лифта
