As previously, the staff were incredibly friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and pleasant. Resort is boutique and luxurious, and we just love the Villas, both "regular" and "Royal" ones, for their layout and level of comfort. Can't wait to go back again.

I took my mum for a short holiday, we arrived before the check in time but they let us to do early check in because they saw my mother was very tired and it was a big help. The view was beautiful, the room was spacious and very clean, they have 2 pools in 2 different areas. Breakfast was great.

We booked it as our first stop on Bali to relax after a 25-hour flight and adapt to the life in tropics. It paid off absolutely. Quiet place, great service team, excellent fresh fish and seafood picked by the chef at the market specially for us. Eugene was more than hospitable, helped us plan our stay to the best value! Looking forward to returning once.

Reviewed By Rekaaa7Nothing like in the pictures. Rooms are big, but dirty, old and smelly. The hotel needs full maintaince and a big cleaning. There was mold growing in the bathroom and inside the AC. Everything was just filthy to the point it makes it impossible to sleep there.

A bit disappointing
Reviewed By MiaMewWe had high expectation from looking at the pictures but we were a bit disappointed when we arrived. The villa was huge with 3 bedrooms (each room had its own bathroom) and a private pool. The rooms was not too clean and really dark. The atmosphere was a bit scary. We also found a lot of bugs, e.g. ants, flies etc in the living room. The villa was far from the main area so you had to hire a car to go anywhere. There were hardly any food in the kitchen, the breakfast was average with toast and fried sausages, no alcohol was provided, the drink provided was only a cordial, no fresh juice whatsoever. You have to buy your own drinks and food from outside the villa, which we found very inconvenient because of the location. We stayed for 3 nights, and on the second night, the electricity went down so we had to call the housekeeper to come and fix it. The air conditioner on the main bedroom was not working after the electricity went down, so we moved to the other room (that was lucky for us because it was only me and my fiancee so we could move to the other room). The TV was tiny and did not work very well, blurry and hard to watch. We hired the villa driver for a day but they charged us a very expensive rate. With the same rate we could hire a car for 4 days in kuta. The driver was not friendly at all and hardy said a word. We were disappointed especially after we paid quite a bit of money to stay there and we regret that we stayed for 3 nights because after the first night i just wanted to move but we already paid the deposit. The only good thing about the villa was the swimming pool. I think this place will be great if you're 21 and stay with 10 of your friends, bring your own food and alcohol and get smashed (it's in a very quiet area). We don't recommend for couples at all.
