The orchard has been in operation for over 60 years and has over 25 varieties of apple including some heritage ones such as Melba and McIntosh. Located beside the Happy Valley forest it is a beautiful orchard to see anytime of the year. While dormant in winter, in blossom during the spring, vigorously growing during summer or laden with fruit in the Fall. We offer educational school tours and Eco tours. Following a hike, a group of us went to Pine Farm Orchards for lunch. Were we ever surprised with a fabulous cafe and lunch!! As hikers, most of us chose the "Hikers Plate" :) and were not disappointed in our selection. Fresh produce, wonderful soup served hot, with lots of bread. We were spoiled!! Afterwards we wandered the property and then picked up some fresh fruit and vegetables before heading home. Well worth checking this place out for great food!!
