Stayed at a hotel very near the JR Station. It's very quiet and laid-back here. Unlike the noise and hordes of tourists in Tokyo. Chiba Eki has trees, shaded benches, a pond with ducks. There's a boat rental service if you wanna spend some time just paddling around the pond. Watched some tourists having fun . Then I walked off to ride the Monorail at Chibakoen station. To see the animals at Chiba Zoo. But that's another topic for my next review...

We always seem to visit Aeon malls when we are in Japan. They have a great array of shops and department stores, great food courts and the shops aren't too expensive. I am quite tall (5ft 8/9) and my fiance at 6ft but we have always found clothes to fit us. My mum is 5ft 3 so she always asks me to bring her back clothes as the Japanese fashion fit her perfectly, especially the maxi dresses. Aeon Mall is great to find everything for everyone all in one place and it wasn't too busy either. The entire mall is inside so great when the rainy season started whilst we were in Japan on days when it is particularly heavy/windy. The mall is divided into different sections: main fashion shops, pet mall, children's mall, and sports/household.

近隣にZOZOマリンスタジアムや幕張メッセもあり、イベントが定期的に開催されているにぎやかな場所です。ただ、なにもない時はとても静かで、近所の住人も利用しているようです。ぼーっとしたい時、イベントで騒ぎたい時いずれにしてもオススメです。 ZOZO Marine Stadium and Makuhari Messe has near here also has many events sometimes so when that time crowded but people go to here when nothing the events because able to feeling in relax. Very recommend either for just walking here or events.
