We had booked a car with driver for 10 days from Osh to Bishkek (November 2019). When arranging our itinerary, Talant was very responsive to our emails, allowing for us to set up our trip with ease. Kuba was our driver and his friend, Muha, was there to help should we have any issues with snow covered roads in the Pamir Highway. We had the most remarkable tour with Kuba, who is not only an excellent driver but also speaks good English and has thorough knowledge of the region. During the trip, I unfortunately fell terribly ill, but Kuba went out of his way to drive me through the night (10 hours!) to the nearest hospital and acted as my translator/guide while I was being medically treated. After I recovered, he even took us back to where we had abruptly left the trip without any extra charge for himself. At every instance, we felt that Kuba and Muha truly cared about us and did their best to ensure that we had a memorable time. The trip itself, which not only included driving along the main Pamir Highway but also off-roading in eastern Tajikistan, was met with breath-taking views of the Pamir Mountains, immaculate lakes and beautiful pastures. Also, all homestays arranged for us were comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. I would highly recommend using Visit Alay tours and having Kuba as their driver to anyone wanting an adventure of a lifetime – they will definitely deliver!

I contacted BEX via email and the responses were very quick which I really appreciated. I arranged for a driver to pick us up at the Korday Border in Kazakhstan to drop us off at our hotel in Almaty - DoubleTree Almaty. We paid 2600 som in cash. Initially they sent me the driver information with the name, phone number, car type and license plate. Then they changed the driver the day before. On the day we crossed the border from Kyrgyzstan, I could not find our driver so I emailed BEX and they changed the driver yet again and we had to wait 10 minutes for him to show up. We were told the original driver got sick. The car they used was an older Mercedes but it was quite comfortable. The drive took 3.5 hours because there was some road construction. When we walked out to Korday, there were actually ALOT of drivers asking if we wanted to go to Almaty. We even had someone say he would take us for 10000 tenge which is quite a bit less than what we actually paid. So if you don't mind negotiating a bit, you can get a car pretty easily. However, if you want peace of mind, I would recommend BEX. When I contacted other companies, it was actually quite a bit more.

With Mukhammed Ali I booked a 3 Days Tour in Kyrgyzstan together with a friend of mine, following my own intensive travel plan. The end of the trip was in Almaty (KZ). Mukhammed Ali is a honest person, professional and polite and he answered always in good English to all my messages and questions. The price of the Tour was also really competitive. Unfortunately I never met him as he was busy during our days in his beautiful Country. He organized the Tour with his friend driver named Elaman who had a good car. Elaman is a nice and polite young guy that speaks more than basic English, enough to be understood. He is honest, flexible and always willing to help. We had a great time in Kyrgyzstan, peoples are fantastic and the nature is in its best!
