This is a unique Luxury complex of 4 villas(2 floors each)located in the area of Monemvasia. Each Villa Has 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 Baths, large kitchen and spacious living room. Each floor can accommodate 4 people and can be rented separately.
A wonderful surprise
Reviewed By petermN8821ZPI never expected to enjoy monemvasia as much as I did. I have been to Istanbul, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Corfu, Rhodes, Venice, Prague, etc. so I have seen castles galore. This area was simply gorgeous and I have the pics to prove it! Food. Bit pricey but good.

NIRIIDES is a charming complex of 11 individual bungalows for 2 to 5 persons, in a garden of 5.600 sq. m. situated on a practically isolated sandy beach, with a marvelous view to the picturesque town and the sea of the Laconia gulf, 3 km from the town. They are luxurious, comfortable and simple, with authentic paintings and handmade articles of blue glass, specially designed to suit individual tastes, for unforgettable holidays, in the local country style, with big verandas covered with pergolas equipped for dining and rest.

Reviewed By Manoli125I want to congratulate the owners and management of Niriides Hotel for a superb experience. The bungalow was spacious, inviting, well-appointed with great hints of the local culture (i.e. traditional blue and white color tones, the decorative amphorae). The service much like the amenities was discreet and understated. It felt like all areas had been considered in order to create a perfect stay. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore only added to the already relaxing atmosphere. We received small local "treats" each morning (i.e. spinach pies, freshly baked local bread). Make sure to ask for some of the home-made marmalade and local honey. There is food and drink menu that you can order from and the items are delivered every morning. The staff is very friendly and warm. Jenny is an encyclopedia of knowledge of the local area and answered all of our queries.

Great experience
Reviewed By Federica CWe have just spent a week in one of these amazing villas. Our was a 2 bedroom villa with all the comforts you can ask for: spacious, bright, brand new. There's a lovely pool in the middle of the garden and the villas face a deep blue uncontaminated sea. We love quiet places, a bit far from the chaotic tourists destinations, so we found just what we were looking for. On the other hand, the villas are just 3 minutes by car from Neapoli where you can find shops, restaurants and a lovely little harbour. The nearby beaches are great, with clean shallow water, perfect for children. There's a lovely lady called Nektaria who welcomes guests and was such a precious help during our stay! We will certainly go back to Lakonia and to Neapoli Villas. Mind you it's a long drive from Athens airport about 4 hours, but it's worth it!!!
