Reviewed By Konstantin VVery nice, cozy 'family style' hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, free wi-fi available. It's located not far from the train station and 5 minutes to the beach. Breakfast was good.

Reviewed By Ru2RyThe guesthouse is managed by a decent and honest family. We felt like we were staying with friends. Particularly, you feel this when you eat their breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (-: The transfer from the railway station to the place with Nikolai (the owner) was like a guided tour through Kaliningrad/Koenigsberg, Zelenogradsk/Cranz and the Curonian Spit. So were the subsequent trip to Kaliningrad with him and the return transfer with his father Mark. Hint: you can save the entrance fee to the Curonian Spit (150 rubles per person + 300 rubles for a car and the driver) if you take a bus (which are rare) or ride with a person who lives there. We also took a real guided tour with Nikolai to the landmarks of the Curonian Spit. He knows everything there and in addition to stories of past and present he can give you some practical advice good both for your health and your wallet. Sandy beach not crowded at all, sea, tan, and ping pong were complementing our stay. But we missed amber storms so found very few amber on the shore (-:

Reviewed By Светлана А1. Сложилось впечатление что отель специально заманивает на пиковые даты (такие как майские праздники и Новый год) по низким ценам, после чего резко меняет стоимость. Ибо человек согласится на повышение цены с гарантией 90%, ведь все отели с аналогичными ценами на этот период будут уже распроданы! 2. Хозяйка отеля совершенно хамская , не слышащая и не желающая слушать женщина, убежденная на своём. При этом занимающаяся клеветой. 3. Моей дочери и мужу предложили номер, а когда они приехали, оказалось что их оплаченный номер занят! И придётся доплачивать за другой номер!

Хороший отель
Reviewed By vetmed2016Отель небольшой. Очень уютный. Красивый снаружи и внутри. Интерьер очень красиво оформлен. Номера большие светлые с высокими потолками. Много окон в номере. Очень чисто. Красивый вид на озеро. Есть своя парковка бесплатная. Завтраки континентальные с небольшим выбором - но очень достойные. Выбрали этот отель из-за наличия в нем бассейна и фитнесцентра. Бассейн около 20м . Есть сауна и хамам. Бассейн также посещают местные жители. Но все очень чисто и аккуратно. Отдельное спасибо за набор зубной щетки и пасты в номере (редко их предлагают в отеле, но иногда они очень нужны). Расположен отель в очень симпатичном районе: тихо и атмосферно, веет немецким духом, до достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. В выходные заметили, что на постой заехали машины из Германии и Литвы. Единственный минус - почему-то обшарпанные ковры (имеет смысл заменить). Других нареканий нет. И очень приемлемая цена за такие условия. Рекомендую к рассмотрению для остановки в Калининграде.

Reviewed By V5634LI_Хамство персонала, полотенца и постельное белье в течении недели ни разу сменилось, завтраки предоставляют достаточно поздно по времени, кофе растворимый (завтрак не соответствует своей цене - так как блины и сырники полуфабрикаты), кухней пользоваться нельзя. За частую от персонала несет перегаром
