Carlene, Greg, Martin and Annaman were there to attend to our concerns/ requests! Never under estimate the value of a good breakfast and good food! The restaurant's service was par excellence! Thanks to Jenelle, Annalee, Garnet,Shannon ! The chefs- Felix and Darcheville- all yuh know how to entice our appetites! Great food! Larry, the bartender! Such a friendly youth! He knows the right mix!To the entire hotel staff...you all went over and beyond to assist in making our weekend stay an enjoyable one! How could we forget Doctor Day! Doctor, your gentle nature calmed my anxiety and nervousness ! On behalf of my friend, Tammy and myself, ( one with the pink hair), we would return! Not worth your hard earned money or you precious time
Reviewed By Millierey123Please take my review into serious consideration. Spend a little more money and book somewhere else. The pictures I posted should be enough for you to decide on whether this is a place for you or not. The condition of this resort has changed my perception of resorts for the rest of my life. I will never stay at a resort again. The front desk staff has a lengthy check in process which would have been smoother if they were more welcoming and more polite. We barely got a hello from the only worker that was behind the desk when we arrived. No refreshments served to us upon arrival. I felt as if I was intruding on this property. My family’s rooms were spread out and it was a concern when traveling with family especially my elderly mother in law and my 25 year old daughter who was harassed by the bell boy. She slept with a chair propped against the door every night. I felt great concern and kept watch while we were there. My mother in laws room key didn’t work for 4 days and it was not rectified by any of the managers until I shouted out of frustration and disappointment. We had asked everyday for a key, but our voices fell on deaf ears. One day as I was waiting to ask about her key, I noticed a family arriving and they were greeted with refreshments and two workers ready to help. Nothing like what we had. Everyone should have the same treatment upon arriving to a resort for vacation. I’m normally not this way. I work in a hospital and the first and most important part of my job is to make people feel important and safe. I did not have that experience at the Mystic. I had the exact opposite. Trip advisor also changed our meal plan which led to another issue. My rooms air conditioning unit was not working when we arrived but was fixed right away. The vents are dirty and moldy. I didn’t get into the pool because it was filthy. The restaurant and bartender were the only employees who were welcoming and friendly. They should be given a raise because they are not paid well enough in my eyes. The food presentation and selection could be better. Overall, my visit at the Mystic ruined part of my vacation and experience in St Lucia. It was very disappointing because we looked forward to this trip since Covid started. Good luck if you decide to stay with Mystic.

Excellent Location, Value for Money, Exactly what we expected
Reviewed By Judith JThis was our first long haul flight since before the start of the pandemic, having travelled extensively around the world. Upon arrival we were treated to an efficient check in and a rum punch:). The room was exactly if not more than we expected for the price we paid. It was a large room, clean, plenty of towels, in a good location and just a few steps away from the pool. It is not a luxury hotel but in fairness it doesn't advertise itself as one. Some days we did have to ask for towels, coffee and toilet rolls but Hey Ho, this is the Caribbean (and exactly what we needed) as soon as we made the call they were always prompt with their response and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. On our first day we asked for more coat hangers and were asked if we could call back later that day and we could pick them up from there. We completely forgot and when we returned to our room they had been left on the side. The staff behind reception were a delight, my husband mentioned that we were going on a trip and would need clean beach towels in the morning, the reception staff remembered and had clean towels waiting for us! Having the use of all of the Bay Group hotels is a bonus, most days we used the facilities at Bay Garden Resort Inn, sun beds were always available and the guy monitoring was so helpful with a good sense humour. As I mentioned above everything described about the hotel was exactly what "it said on the tin". If you have higher expectations then you need to book one of the high end hotels but miss out on the "real Caribbean"

Just 5 minutes walk from Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, this family-run wellness hotel is the perfect zen getaway. Your guest room has a king bed or two twins, private balcony and modern ensuite bathroom. High speed internet access and a spacious work desk and chair make it easy to work remotely. Facilities include Sol Cafe with outdoor courtyard and calming water wall, which offers healthy vegetarian and vegan menus. Guests are invited and encouraged to join Sol Sanctum Studio's daily Yoga, Meditation, Tai-chi and other wellness classes.
A perfectly located place of tranquility
Reviewed By etravelchoMy son and I visited St Lucia the first time for some quality time together. We chose Rodney Bay and came across this new boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable, with balcony overlooking mango trees and sea view at a distance. The owners, GM, and the team were excellent. We joined a meditation session taught by the owners. A very refreshing experience! The area was very safe and Rodney Bay was within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There were lots of restaurants to choose from, either along the beach or along the road parallel to the beach in the neighbourhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
