Nice place but bad welcoming
Reviewed By MeM543As I went to reception there was 3 people i side but when I got in suddenly it was not OK anymore. The lady did not speak English so she could not explain and the guests were commenting of my lack to understand them which I did. Room in front of kake was with an astonishing view and was clean. I was handed at reception a package for breakfast. It was good but basic. Room had two queen bed and was in bottom floor, unfortunately people from above were smoking and throwing their butts out of balcony so it can fall on car or motorcycle and do damage. Something that staff must take care of.

Great staff, place needs a little love
Reviewed By Derek AStayed here for 5 nights to visit beautiful Lac St-Jean. The hotel is clean and the staff are very warm and friendly, exactly the type of people you would expect from this region. Our room was great except our shower/bath had a faulty knob and the spray from the shower head was poor. Along with a few other things around the property that needs a little maintenance. However as a hotel worker myself it is understandably difficult to balance shortage of staff(most at home collecting government check) during the pandemic so things fall behind. All in all it was a great and comfortable stay and I would book here again if I'm in the region. Will recommend.

Reviewed By Robert SStayed 4 nights, it's situated on the main road, but even as we were on the road side we could not hear the traffic. This was maybe helped a little by running the AC non stop during a massive heat wave. The side walls between rooms however are not as soundproof. Could hear phone calls and TV sometimes. Still the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. They do have 2 electric car chargers in the back that are free during the stay, so a bonus for those with plug in vehicles. Restaurant located right next door and many choices just a bit further down the road. All in all we had a good stay.

Reviewed By Mario_TripAGood Motel, we have spent one night in Roberval and this was definitely the right choice! Rooms where clean, the staff is gentle and also the breakfast is ok. You have a nice outdoor rest area just in front of the rooms with a direct access to the long bike lane for a nice walk or a good run ;)
