So-so experience, Nice view, not good room quality
Reviewed By Nathanpham1708Been there on May 24, 2021, room 402, condo executive ocean view with free upgrade, in the time of covid outbreak *Pros: 1/ Good view, nice room decoration. 2/ Service is excellent, from bellboy, reception to other staff (5/5) 3/ pool is good, with many mini scenes for photo 4/ convenient store is nearby, traditional market is 3-km away, easy for shopping. Cons: 1/ Air conditioner is very hard to adjust, please kindly have the instruction note at the air conditioner 2/ Bedside lamp is very dazzle (too bright to sleep), we must turn off all the light except the light from toilet to sleep 3/ The bed makes noise (creaky/squeaky), I really dont understand why a 4-star resort can have that kind of bad-quality bed. I traveled alot, but found no bad-quality bad like that. 4/ My room is Condo Executive Ocean view, a high grade room in a 4-star resort, but there is no bathrobes in my room. Please remember bathrobes is compulsory in 3-star and over resort. 5/ Breakfast is so-so, doesnt have any special things. 6/ Soundproof of the room is very very bad, I can hear clearly the sound and talk from next room. Very bad point for a 4-star resort.

Worst resort ever! Bad services and rude staffs! False advertisement! Dirty pool and bad
Reviewed By F2222KTthanhnThey advertised that we will have 6 rooms in a villa but there are only 5 rooms and 1 of them doesn't have a bathroom. Most of the appliances in the villas ( B1601 and B1605) are barely working (TV, AC), and no help at all after we called the manager (Miss Ha) so many times. The floors are really dirty and the rooms have lots of mosquitoes. In addition, the staffs were very rude and disrespectful. When we first checked in, we handed the staff (Miss Ha) our ID cards and she lost them, then blamed us that we didn't give them to her. When she finally found our ID cards that she lost in her laundry, she didn't bother to apologize. So unprofessional!!! Also, unreasonable extra charges if you want any housekeeping service, so be careful with all these people. They are a scam

However, i was not satisfied for service quality: the floors are always wet because of no having any private way leading to the pool. Buffet for breakfast was so bad: bad food, bad staff such as nobody set up clean table for pax. For breakfast buffet, the pax had to take a breakfast ticket to be eaten. In case you lost the ticket or your team-leader forgot to take it for you, u would have no food in stomach because the check-in staff could not handle that situation flexibly. Of course, your room card had no value in that case for no checking from the staff

Reviewed By 231trang_I had to stay in a room with lizards, very “big” tv with no channels, water dropping on bathroom floor and they used a detergent bag to repair (?), moldy pillows. Everything is old and dirty, seems like they haven’t renovated for awhile. Staffs do not speak good English, the food is not for me indeed.

Swear with the god, i will never comback this place, i’ve visited many beautiful resorts across vietnam, from normal one to luxury one but this place really impressed me with their terrible stuff/services. Finally, just a big NO for everyone having plan to visit this hell
