Reviewed By ruth hWe stayed for 2 nights and to say 5 star is under rating this accomodation, it's certainly a 5 star plus experience. Everything was just perfect from the location, welcome, helpfulness, cleanliness, decor and breakfast. I couldn't find fault. Brian our host was an absolute diamond, what a fantastic friendly personality. Nothing was too much trouble. One night he even made us tea at 11PM and sat chatting with us giving advise with his local knowledge. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. We wish we lived nearer as Buncrana is beautiful and staying with Brian was an experience that we will cherish. This accomodation is the must stay place in Buncrana - you won't go wrong.

A large spacious family run 4*B&B in the coastal village of Buncrana, on the beautiful Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal, Ireland. Overlooking Lough Swilly, Caldra is a purpose built accommodation within walking distance of Buncrana and all its restaurants, bars, beaches, golf, fishing and parks and is an ideal location for touring Inishowen, the Giants Causeway, and North West Ireland. You are guaranteed an excellent Irish breakfast along with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Marie the host was very hospitable, friendly and helped us out very much with an issue we had. The breakfast was fab, I was served the nicest porridge. Reviewed By MLoollyMyself and a friend stayed in room 1 at the back. Really quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean. The lady was super helpful and lovely (even providing taxi numbers when we got stuck on Sunday!). Breakfast in the fridge was sweet and just enough. The shower was unbelievable - really excellent water pressure. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back. Thank you.

Family run Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the beautiful seaside resort of Buncrana. Comfortable surroundings in quiet residential area yet only 2 minutes walking distance from the town centre. Close to all amenities including several golf clubs. All rooms en suite with tea/coffee making facilities and TV and Wifi.Safe private carparking with secure garage facilities for bicycles and motorbikes.

Reviewed By tommiemccrackenThe room was very roomy, and there was a nice few of the lovely garden. Winnie and her sister Bridget were great hosts. Breakfast was full Irish and very nicely served up. One thing about this wee B&B was it was so convenient to Buncrana just a short walk to the center of the town, I found everywhere we went the people were very friendly.

Nice B&B - Joyful host
Reviewed By nanamarques_22Mary-Margaret is a very welcoming and joyful host. She cooked the most yummy Irish breakfast every morning for us. The en-suite room we stayed was roomy and comfortable. Even though we went during spring, I loved the heater on the bed. The bathroom was spotless! My husband and I couldn't expected a better stay in Buncrana and we hope to be back some day.
