Four of us had a meal here on Monday night. Haloumi burgers x2 and Eastgate specials plus chunky chips and salad. Im not really a burger person but these were fantastic. The service is always friendly and fun in here and the pub has just been decorated. No problems with social distancing as all measures are in place imcluding table service and really deep cleaning of each table and all chairs when guests leave. A pub that is certainly top of its game in these covid times.

Visited early evening on a overnight stopover in Chichester following my online search for good beer. I phoned 24 hours in advance as recommended on the informative website - glad I did because this place is deservedly busy especially given limited capacity in these COVID times, the rules of which are well observed. Spent a lovely couple of hours or so enjoying great beer and banter. Clearly a firm favourite for many, I highly recommend to both locals and visitors alike.

We loved this place! My boyfriend enjoyed trying different Craft beers and I had some delicious Gin and tonics based on Luke and Lydia’s great recommendations! This was the perfect place to sit, natter and drink in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. We are so glad we found this bar on our only night in Chichester! If we didn’t have dinner booked we would have stayed here all night. We will 100% be back here on our next trip to Chichester!

BAR 54 is a really cute, independent, micro cocktail bar in the heart of Chichester. Our excellent cocktails are made from scratch with wonderfully fresh ingredients. The lighting is low and the decor is lovely. We play what we think is great music, often playing an entire top ten of an artist in a row. If you like something different, then this is the place for you.

We popped in for lunch with our granddaughter who is at the local uni today. Really nice atmosphere open fire made the whole place seem nice and cosy. We ordered lamb shanks and fish and chips both were beautifully cooked and a great surprise was there is 50percent off the food bill Monday to Friday - heaven
