All in all, this factory is worth a visit at least to see the glassblowing, if you are on the run. However, the glass labyrinth and the museum were both a remarkable experience, which by far exceeded my expectations. Also there are nice touches all around the place, like the water fountains on the lake and the glass tower, so plenty to do and see. I would suggest a couple of hours for the visit. Only one small suggestion: Cafe's offer has room for improvement.
