Reviewed By chialeewNice quiet resort with lots of sea and pool activities. Kids enjoyed the hamster wheel and small paddle boat in the pool. One of few pool bars with stools within pool to allow you to enjoy a drink whilst soaking. Restaurant food served is good, albeit slow, where you have to wait at least 30 min to an hour for the meal to be prepared.

A relaxing stay at this rustic seaside chalet
Reviewed By Michael TI had recently spent a night at Nongsa Village at the invitation of a friend. It was a 40 minutes taxi ride from Batam Center. This is a tranquil residential resort with chalet style houses on a spacious field by the beach, and some other villas built along a hill slope. Transport within the resort is by Golf buggies. I'd stayed at a double storey 3 bedroom Villa. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a covered outside terrace, a living room and 2 shower rooms. The property is quite old but very clean and well looked after. During my visit it was very quiet and I didn't see that many guests or residents. I had dinner at the nearby Nongsa Point Marina and breakfast at Turi Beach Resort. The resort itself provide transport to these two nearby hotels. I had a leisurely walk in the morning along the beach to watch the sunrise. It was so serene and tranquil. The only downside is the mosquitoes which are very irritating. I had a very relaxing stay at Nongsa Village. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. This is a good place to spend quality time with yourself or family.

Everything is done with such lovely Hospitality,absolutely gorgeous place, one of the best I have ever stayed. The price was very reasonable and if I ever come to Resorts in Batam again that will be my first choice of accommodation. Note to SBS.. -Lobby c/i not Nice decoration.. Many tools,food,gerbags,busy and not Artistic. -Lobby is Important for first Imprestion guest coming.. overall... All was Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kalau mau liburan ke Batam.. Saya Rekomendasi tempat ini.. I hope the Resort can improve the check-in process as well as the welcoming experience. Fortunately there is one staff who is quite proactive, Rynaldi. He offered to take us around the Resort in a buggy while we waited for our villa to be ready. So although we didn't get a welcoming experience from the receptionists, Rynaldi was very helpful in our check in process and generally proactive in checking how he could be of assistance to us. We are so grateful to have met him. - I also want to give a compliment to our butler, Erwin & also his team (Alex bharox, albar & Dindro) who decorated & cleaned our villa for my friend's surprise birthday party. He also arranged for a complimentary cake and personalized birthday note as well. Erwin always responded as soon as possible & helped us during our stay in montigo, really appreciate your hard work & hospitality. - One more compliment is to Mbak Yona & the team at the spa facility. Thank you for your cooperation & help in making the surprise party successful, as well as giving thoughtful surprises at the spa itself - long story short, we really appreciate all the staffs in the montigo. They are really trying their best to give what they can, even though we can see that they are short handed. Hope the management can take note of the improvement on the check in process, the villa readiness, increasing manpower & also maintenance of the facilities.
