За благоустроенный номер заплатили 1600 руб. за сутки (за двоих), в ванной не было даже таких элементарных вещей как мыло, туалетная бумага, полотенце (если так экономят, могли бы хоть бумажные положить). Это расходные материалы, которые есть в каждом эконом-хостеле. Качество постройки дома впечатляет: дом из кругляка - щели по сантиметру, двери без окосячек, просто запенены. Постельные принадлежности: одеяла разорванные, матрас ватный без чехла. Отдельно про кафе: невкусно и дорого; растворимый кофе, который в соседнем магазине стоит 15 рублей, подают за 60 руб. Но главная проблема этой базы отдыха в том, что персонал абсолютно не работает, не понятно за что им платят зарплату, ведь все идет само по себе. В общем, есть места в Большом Голоустном гораздо дешевле, но с уровнем сервиса, чистоты и порядка намного выше. Не тратьте свои деньги на этот бизнес, собственник которого видимо не в курсе, что происходит на его базе.

Reviewed By TwoxtwNO WIFI We had so many problems with the booking. No one spoke English. They had no guests so he gave us what we thought was an upgraded cabin. There is NO WIFI. They said that it is booking.com fault as they have told them several times. We only booked there because it said WIFI. When we were checking out more problems. They then tried to charge us for the upgraded room. We have 2 months more in Russia then another 18 +months travelling the Americas. Hopefully we never have this problem again.
