Reviewed By AnnaMishinaLoved this hotel. When i will come to Barnaul will stay here again. The hotel is located in flat-house, next door is small super market. About 30 min walk from city center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, everything what you may need is there, even hair dryer. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. If you need something you can ask them and they will help you. There is kitchen which you can use. Breakfast (5 or 6 options to choose) is included, will be cooked special for you and also you can choose a time when you want to have it! Oatmeal was delicios!!!

RUDE STAFF AND DIRTY JACUZZI
Reviewed By TherdeanWe arrived at the location after our wedding at night, we where taken to our room and slept that night, everything In the room was alright. My husband got this room and hotel for us because we both dreamed about having a jacuzzi on our honeymoon and night after wedding , we had money saved for this place and read only good reviews. The second day we woke up and had breakfast and later during the day we finally decided to get in the jacuzzi we came here for... We where in for a treat, my husband turned on the water and what came out was what I could only describe as swamp water from Shrek... We let the water go a bit thinking that it would get clearer and after a while we said maybe it's not so bad and it's just a little dirty. We tried filling the tub and only brown dirty water coming out, I was ready with candles and champagne and ready to relax with my husband and when I saw the tub filled with muddy filthy water I immediately dressed up and went down with my husband to the receptionist to ask if this is something normal in the hotel... The receptionist only after we asked that started saying : oh well we had people doing some reparations and work with the water system today..... My husband immediately told me that we should have at least get a notice that Hey this water will be dirty today so please don't take a bath or go in the jacuzzi between this hour and this hour, not only after we try and have what we came here for the receptionist to say that they where doing reparations today. After saying that to her she didn't seem to relate or even care , so much for customer service, she told us to just let the water go more as if we had all night to keep trying the water . As newly Weds this was not the adventure or romantic night we where seeking and the staff definitely didn't even try to make it better.

Great budget hotel in Downtown Barnaul
Reviewed By HappyFrogTravelsHotel-22 was a great base to explore this nice city. It is located just next to the main Lenina Street, not far from beautiful neighborhood full of charming wooden houses. Our apartment was large, comfortable and the staff was very friendly, helping us organize our trip to Altai Mountains. Bolshe spasibo!!!

Reviewed By Андрей КНе плохой мини-отель, всего в 10 минутах ходьбы от площади Спартака. Останавливался в двухместном номере №6 за 1700 руб/сут +завтрак. Номер маленький, но вполне комфортный. Мебель новая, в ванной установлена душевая кабина, вся сантехника в рабочем состоянии. Буду в Барнауле, остановлюсь здесь же!

ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНАЯ БАЗА ОТДЫХА!!!!!
Reviewed By elenasokol85Посетили базу в июле 2017 года,ужасная база и наглый персонал!!!Нашли базу в интернете,отзывов плохих не было,решили отправиться на отдых сюда.Администратор очень приветливо и любезно рассказала нам как у них замечательно и уютно и попросила скинуть предоплату ,что же было на самом деле:Приехав на базу с детьми выяснилось что на тер. базы проходит свадьба и юбилей,весь вечер пьяный мужики лазили через забор,драки и т.д..Комары не просто есть,они не летают ,а ходят и толкаются друг с другом,такого кол-во этих насекомых я не видела ни когда,хотя администратор сказала что комаров травят ,их у нас нет можете не волноваться.На следующий день началось самое интересное.Оказывается при заказе номера беседка не предоставляется ,хотя днем ранее все было иначе,можно подумать мы к ним просто поспать в номера приехали.Подходит утром администратор и просит освободить беседку так как ее уже сняла ,а нам беседка не предоставляется ,сняли номер вот в нем и сидите!Конечно конфликт разрешился в нашу пользу,но настроение было испорчено!Еще часов до 12:00 по тер. ходил персонал и наводил уборку чем мы всей семьей любовались,вообще на нормальных базах уборку на тер. проводят утром когда гости еще спят!!!!Ужасная база,ни кому и ни когда не советую туда ехать,отдохнуть точно не получиться!!!
