Reviewed By 686pennymI was the only guest for a couple of days over Christmas and I was looked after perfectly by chef Claudio who went out is his way to make me feel comfortable. He is a great chef and gave me a great Christmas dinner at night. He also helped me with the buses to the Park and answered any questions I had. A Home Away from Home
Reviewed By 92WattsyWe checked into La Maravilla after a rough night camping in August 2018. We were so comfortable that we stayed another night. Then, after a few nights in the south of Chile, we couldnt help ourselves and stayed another night on our way back to Santiago. Marion runs her Hostel by the motto 'a home away from home' which hits the nail on the head. Lovely cosy rooms overlooking a small valley, with access to a garden, swimming pool, parilla's plus an upstairs deck for relaxing. She really took care of us, and her breakfasts were amazing, featuring home made rye bread, deli meats, marmalades and delicious freshly baked muffins. We will definitely be back in the summer months Marion! 10/10. Sarah and Tom

The Campo Suizo is located in the center of Chile (region Maule) about 35 km from Talca in direction to Camino International Paso Pehuenche - In the middle of silence in an agrarian environment in the Cordillera. This area isn't really a well-known touristic place. We offer our guests double rooms with a private bath and a rich breakfast with pure coffee.

Reviewed By bradjohnson3First off, the owners (Bernadette) runs this B&B like a true Swiss citizen; extremely clean, punctual, and efficient. The breakfast is nice, their conversation / recommendations are lovely and the property is very pleasant. There is Wi-Fi but it only works in the courtyard and goes down from time to time but this is expected given that you are in the country. When we were driving in, we had hesitations as you wind down the dirt paths but have no fear, the oasis is near and very rewarding

Reviewed By RStelderStayed at this hostal for several nights together with my son in a double room with private bathroom. It’s a great base for visits to the national parks in the area. The hosts (the whole family) are very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is included, but they are also happy to provide great lunch or dinner on request. Ideal place for a quiet, relaxed stay.
