Reviewed By Gilles BNice clean hotel and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Good value and great place to stay that will be even better. They are currently doing renovation and making improvements. The location is very convenient with lots of places to eat nearby and a couple of very nice churches to visit.

Reviewed By Jorge Luis VBuena atención por parte del personal y la limpieza exelente lo recomiendo ampliamente. Está céntrico y no se escuchan los ruidos de afuera en general muy cómodo y tranquilo el lugar. La habitaciones muy amplias y confortables.

Not recommended at all
Reviewed By Marco PI've stayed some 15 times in the Luxury section and I must say it's not worth the price. First of all, personal is kind, yes, but distracted, late and not responsive to customers' requests. Last time(just to say one) I had asked to have my breakfast prepared to take away at 7.30 am: it was not on time and I had to personally push for it to be hastily prepared...and they put orange juice with ice when I explicitly asked for green juice no ice. Rooms have a cool design but they are not functional nor comfortable: too many switches for the lights, for example, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom, it is actually confusing and useless, everytime you end up turning on and off lights you don't need. Showers are incrusted with limestone: I have reported this to the personal six times (literally, the last six times that I have stayed there) and they are still like this, with water splurting and spraying in all directions because orifices are half obstructed. I could go on longer about what is not handy in those rooms but I will resume in that there surely must be better options in Ocotlán, even if, I must admit, they will probably not look as fancy or elegant

Reviewed By Ale NEl hotel está bien para pasar una noche únicamente, en la recámara el baño no bajaba bien pareciera que no tenía ni siquiera fuerza, en la regadera la llave del agua caliente estaba suelta y escurría agua hirviendo la cual puede generar una quemadura. La verdad un hotel muy equis
