Reviewed By joansY621TLWell run, quick check in, clean, quiet room with balcony overlooking the market and the castle. Close and very walkable. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent - extensive menu, all choices available and they handled a group with ease. But what distinguished this hotel was the service. When my scheduled taxi was a no show, they got me to the airport for my departure safely and in plenty of time.

Reviewed By Al RPossibly the best welcome I have ever had at a hotel; this place is lovely. The staff are truly excellent and go out of their way to help; real hospitality you rarely see these days. The room was excellent - even the secure garage was good! The owners built the hotel themselves and put a lot of themselves into it. They deserve to be successful; this place is a real gem.

Reviewed By Lara200655Отель Панорама , расположенный в старой части города покорил с первых минут .. Это как любовь с первого взгляда ! Хотя Отель имеет только три звезды .. но оценка в Букинге 9.5 говорит о многом. Мой номер Комфорт был огромным; с большой лоджией и с восхитительным видом на город- черепичные крыши, минарет, крепость. Всё в номере хорошо .. и огромная постель с хорошим постельным бельём и с качественными подушками , и наличие биде , и металлические жалюзи закрывающие плотно две стены-окна . Прямо из отеля идёт старинная улочка мощёная булыжником к крепости Османской империи , а торговые лавки относят нас к средневековой Албании . Хороший завтрак с большим количеством выпечки , а вечерний ресторан порадовал быстрым обслуживанием и чудесными десертами ! Вот именно здесь .. десерт трилече произвёл неизгладимое впечатление! Итак , если вас занесло в город у подножия горы Krujë .. то отель Panorama станет приятным дополнением к вашему путешествию !

Reviewed By Nick W... truly excellent and welcoming hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble (including going into town to print flight boarding cards); excellent breakfast ... all the facilities were spotlessly clean and the host insisted I had his number in case I needed anything during my stay ... perfectly located in the centre of town just a couple of hundred metres from the Old Bazaar and five minutes walk to the castle ... I would definitely recommend Kruja Hostel; thank you for a great stay ...

Reviewed By thorgal2Nous avons aimé le confort et la propreté de la chambre. Tout était nickel. Pour une fois en Albanie, il y avait un parking juste devant l'hôtel. L'accueil de notre hôte, qui ne parlait pas français, a été très chaleureux. C'est également un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit déjeuner pourrait toutefois être amélioré : du beurre par exemple au lieu de la margarine.
