Reviewed By athyl2021Me and my partner we wanted something different, close but not too close to home, romantic but affordable, quite and professional and we found all of these in Hotel Arthus! We booked just few days before our arrival by phone and already from a quick call I could see that the staff of the hotel was very professional, extremely friendly and really caring for our needs and that made me look forward for our stay even more! When we arrived, our room was beautiful decorated with rose petals and candles and a cold champagne bottle was waiting for us! The room, a Junior Suite was beautiful, spacious, quite, very clean and very well and customer minded decorated and equipped! We took a walk around the hotel and in each tiny little corner we could see that the attention to details was present: beautiful spaces, well decorated, well illuminated, clean and cozy! In the evening we booked a 4 courses candle light dinner that was absolutely delicious from start to end! Our waitress was extremely friendly and professional; she took very good care of us and our needs through the all dinner and made sure we were happy with it! Beautiful dishes, equilibrated and delicate tastes made our dinner really remarkable! The breakfast the morning after was also up to the standards already set: a big variety was present on a beautiful buffet! And since a buffet is something rare anymore to see in Corona days is an obligation to mention that both staff and us customers were provided with gloves and disinfectant to be able to still enjoy the buffet in safety! Overall our stay was magnificent! I am have a Master degree in tourism, I had a restaurant for 6 years and currently owning with my family a B&B and basically having spent the last 15 years always in contact with tourism I much appreciated finding what I found in Hotel Arthus! The combination of the hotel in all its beauty, the staff and the gastronomy make this place something unique and we are really looking forward for our next stay!

Reviewed By laura bWe went to this hotel for despair. And only by despair can one come to us. Sad, old rooms. Poor breakfast (and late: from 7.00 am open at 8.00). But the absurd is the cost: totally unjustified. Do not go there (at least as long as they do not restructure and begin to offer adequate services at cost). Parking is also subject to charges.

Reviewed By Nomad67035882368Freundlicher Empfang, saubere & große Zimmer teils mit Balkon und die Nutzung des Thermalbades ist inklusive. Leider aufgrund der Pandemie kein Frühstück und kein Abendessen. Was für jemanden der beruflich unterwegs ist und wenig Zeit hat, leider sehr schade ist.

Reviewed By GaissauThis is a modern, trendy and exceptionally nice hotel in sort of "route 69" retro style. All rooms are modern and individually created, The service and food are equally perfect. It is family owned and run - with its own Bluesband and Gin production. It is centrally located and close to the great Aulendorf Castle. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Sehr hellhörig
Reviewed By Su SDas Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und der Balkon unseres Zimmers war sehr gross. Hier fehlt eigentlich nur ein Sonnenschirm, da gerade am Abend kein Fleckchen Schatten in Sicht ist. Die Handtücher haben schon bessere Tage gesehen, diese waren ausgefranst und fleckig. Sie gehören komplett ausgewechselt! Was mich am meisten gestört hat: die Fenster haben nur einen Sichtschutz, aber keinerlei Verdunkelung. Ich war bei Sonnenaufgang hellwach. Ausserdem ist das Haus extrem hellhörig, man hört alles vom Gang und von Treppenhaus her. Das störte die Nachtruhe zusätzlich. Für eine Nacht war es ok, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich wohl kaum Schlaf gefunden.
