Best place to stay in Ar Rass
Reviewed By Robert EAs an expat just arriving in Ar Rass, I found that this hotel was the best place to stay. As a guest here, I am pleased with the attention to detail and the effort put forward by the staff to be hospitable and accommodating. The suite I had has a bedroom, bathroom and a combination living room / kitchen. There are slippers and Meral logo plush towels, attractive plumbing fixtures in the kitchen, bathroom, and wash area. The table was set with dishes and napkins like a fine restaurant, the couch is comfortable, homey and inviting. WiFi is fairly good for the KSA but does suffer from slow periods. Close to a mosque if you need one and close to a mosque if you don't. You can always hear the call to prayer but that is true about any place in Saudi Arabia.

Unpleasant Stay, Uncaring Staff
Reviewed By alkhezziI booked three nights in Boudl AlRass with the expectation to have a reasonable stay. I am used to stay in 4+ stars hotel. But, there is not 4+ stars hotel in AlRass, I tried to choose the best available accommodation. Unfortunately, this accommodation was not the best, not even close to average. The condition of the apartments is below average, we had to moved to three different apartments because each has its own problem. The receptionists are not well trained and uninformative. I had an issue regarding the late check out time with the receptionist, he was completely unwilling to negotiate the issue. And when I asked for the manager or the manager on duty, he told me they are not available (they are sleeping at this time). I told him that in Respectful hotels, the manager is always available to deal with customers’ issues. He told me: this is not a respectful one (what a chock). Although the location is good, the size of the apartment is nice, and the price is reasonable, I do not recommend this hotel for any traveler.

The best option in Ar Rass
Reviewed By cfaresI frequently travel to Ar Rass for business and when i do so i stay at Boudl. The hotel is considered great to the area but compared to the ones in Riyadh or elsewhere it is average. The good thing about its location is the proximity to a supermarket, subway and dunkin donuts (all within a 2 min walk). The rooms are spacious (they're more apartment/studio like). Staff are very helpful and friendly, some don't speak good english though. I do recommend it if you're visiting Ar Rass for business but you have to lower your expectations first.
