Lancaster Brewery

Lancaster brewery is a multi-award-winning brewer of beautiful beers, born and brewed in the north west of England. The company has four popular beers that form its core range - Lancaster Blonde, Amber, Red and Black and also produces monthly specials and seasonal beers from our purpose built brewery. We do brewing properly. No fuss, no shortcuts, just proper old fashioned brewing using freshly milled malt, whole-leaf hops and live yeast that, combined with our expertise, produces some of the best beer in the country. Our brewery is open as a tap house for people to come and enjoy a pint, and we offer tours of our brewing process too (which you can buy online from our website as a gift voucher for the beer fan in your life). The brewery is also available to hire as a venue for weddings, parties and events - it is a fantastic venue for a big bash for 50- 400 people within walking distance of Lancaster town centre.

The centre cafe has a selection of drinks and snacks (sandwiches, panini's, chips, beans on toast etc). Everything is outstandingly cheap, and the service is great. There's also a lovely little playground next to it.

Amazing bar, such great service, the bar staff Ben and Mark couldn’t have done more to help us find some top drinks - they even made my friend something that wasn’t on the menu. They have table tennis downstairs and the toilets were nice and clean (always a plus!!!) will go back next time I’m in Lancaster!

I know Farmyard from my local ale pub in Blackpool but my first visit to the tap room this week. Absolutely loved this place. Nice chilled out atmosphere in a barn with unbeatable countryside views and a great selection of staple favourites and a few specials on tap. Very friendly service. All hidden away down a quiet country lane in Cockerham. A real hidden gem, be sure to check it out if you’re in the Fylde Coast or Lancaster area. Well worth the trip

Won a competition and took my friend. The food was outstanding. The butter you get with the bread was ghee butter never had butter as good. I had the scallops they were juicy and large and tasty my friend had the meatloaf which was very tasty. We both had the lamb crispy on outside and juicy on outside. We wanted to pick the bowl up and lick the gravy. Pudding I had lemon tart and my fruebd had sticky toffee. We then had cocktails. The waitressing was of a high standard. We were told she was new, she was brill. Temperature taken before you enter. Great service. Intimate place will be going back with hubby.
