Lovely quiet hotel
Reviewed By Caroline LWe love the Babaylon, we stay there twice a year when possible. I arrived 5th September, fantastic welcome as ever. There are very few British people go but for us that's a bonus! The food is great, very focused on safety, with the addition, this year, of an outside grill. If you like a quiet hotel with great links to the local villages. Places to visit to eat in Cesme, if you fancy a venture out, are Friendly Corner and Tektekcii

Lovely big pool & spotless rooms but just "okish" food
Reviewed By brianjK708DVThis hotel is spotless as others have commented on, lovely grounds and rooms. The resort is very big. The main plus was the weather, huge pool and nice beach. Main negative was although food was plentifull & edible it was boring and the restaurant got very busy. Staff worked hard but would of been much better if drinks were self serve as you sometimes had to wait too long i.e you had half ate your meal already. We had young kids and they loved it but older kids or adults may want to avoid this hotel as it mostly caters for families with young kids and can get loud at times. Overall was impressed but a few little niggles i think are easily fixable would make it excellent...maybe BBQ night? Self serve drinks for speed. Some staff i.e reception not the most friendly but the other staff are mostly great. Tip 1: on way back to IZMIR airport when you get off the taxi dont let an airport porter try load ur bag on a trolley and take it through they ask for a large tip but dont make this clear, just roll your bags yourself it isnt far to take them. Tip 2: photograher was superb but tries to sell you a very expensive package, stick to your guns and buy JUST the photos you want i.e we got 12 photos for about £60 ish which we loved. He also sells a parrot photo with ur kids for 7 euro which are amazing and well worth it

Reviewed By kocadamEverything was OK. The first impression, when we arrived at the hotel was not positive. So, do not be surpriesed. The staff was polite and helpful. I recommend that hotel. There were many sunbathes (at the swimming pool as well as at the beach).

WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE
Reviewed By sinank971This is the worst hotel that any one can stay in their life. Rooms are untidy, dirt everywhere, all duvet, pillow cases are at least two weeks old. Loose hair everywhere. Toilets are never cleaned. In one word it is terrible.

Reviewed By احسن جAngora beach resort hotel is approx 50 km from izmir airport. Taxi cost around 150 liras. Other option is to take 776 bus from city centre. It has 1.swimming pool. There is area reserved at beach. Food was good and contained variety of turksig foods. I was there for 3 nights and 4 days. I was living in A-1 room which was near to mess. Even then there was no wifi signal. Room was smelling like old furniture. There was no supply of potable water to rooms. We had to carry it from the mess. There is no gymnasium or let say I couldnot find. Tv was all in turkish. So for a foreigner tv was useless activity. Overall i will rate this resort as average.
