what a great and most interesting place well worth a visit round this attraction. Take the recorded tour which is available in may languages it even automatically starts and stops you enter or leave any of the many buildings. This si very extensive the movie in one of the houses about the great battle 218 BC is fantastic.

A visit to Guizhou would be incomplete without taking in the 15 km-long Maling River Gorge, located 10 km from Xinyi. A National Scenic Spot since 1994, it offers stunning and spectacular sceneries with its limestone karst landscape and its more than 100 Waterfalls cascading down to its deep Valleys. Its 100-meter long Arch Bridge straddling across the river and majestic Malinghe cable stayed bridge are a must-see. This is my second visit and an equally lucky one for we met and were entertained by Buyi Ethnic Minority Singing Troupe, a 2-time annual singing champion of the Minority Tribes.

I stay in SuQian. Once a while will visit the lake . Best time is spring and Autumn. Quiet & serene. Spring and autumn is best for outdoor bbq. Anyway , one if the few places to visit in SuQian .

Went in spring blossom period. Entry is free. Big place and good for casual walks . The time is not right for the different flowers blooming . Best should be somewhere in May/ June
