If you are looking for a lifetime memory of the Heart and Soul of Japan, Yumi is the one for you!  Yumi is an accomplished and intelligent lady, who gives generously of herself during this culturally unique adventure!  She blessed us with the most memorable experience of our fabulous 9 day trip to Japan!  We learned a lot, had tremendous fun, and the food was  delicious! Aside from all that, the very compassionate and loving care she extended my adult special needs daughter who loves to cook, was highly commendable beyond all words.  Her cooking adventure is for anyone who wishes for a fun, instructional, and culturally delicious experience, which memories you will cherish for a lifetime.  Yumi has a joyful heart and soul of Japan, which we will never forget.  We will also enjoy her shared recipes at home in Washington DC!  Please go meet Yumi, you will be extremely happy you did!!!

The fish markets are huge, I spent about 3 hours walking around the area. Try sampling some of the fresh seafood, I had the best sea urchin (umi) that I had ever had (so creamy), the largest fish eggs which pop in the mouth and delicious oysters with a favor that I can describe.
