Hotel Tiber is a freshly built construction, situated in the heart of Fiumicino town overlooking the town harbor and water front,it offers all our clients an impressive view of the Mediterranean sea. All our 64 spacious rooms offer flat screen satellite tv,minibar. Rooms are elegantly decorated in a contemporary design,fashion or fresh theme. Each room also features A/C telephone and safety box ;bathroom are fully equipped and all have bath tubs.

I was surprised to find out that the hotel is in a part of the city that is a vibrant fishing port. There are LOTS of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We booked a superior room with a water view and it was GIGANTIC! We had two decks, a large bed and a ton of space. The bathroom shower was bigger than usual Italian too. Everything was great - it was soundproof and the curtains provided a very dark room. The staff was very friendly. Parking was super easy and only 5 euro per day. The breakfast was decent too - lots of homemade pastries. This was probably the best hotel airport we've stayed in. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are flying in or out of FCO. There are a lot of places to walk in the immediate area and it's even near a beach. We were mesmerized by the fishing boats and the hard work those folks do. The price for our room was extremely reasonable too. Wifi worked well.

Great Hotel in convenient location
Reviewed By anthonydebraIt was surprisingly a awesome place near the Airport. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. I am Italian-American and they spoke very well. The town that was a few blocks away was so cool. A fishing and small cruise ship area with a pier at the mouth of the Tiber river. There was a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

Reviewed By whatisupmiamiHotel De La Ville Relais is a good deal if you want a hotel close to the airport for the night. It’s very basic, but clean. The rooftop patio was a great place to cool off with a glass of wine and breezes felt from the ocean. Nice choices for breakfast included in hotel fee. The staff was very accommodating and friendly which made the visit more enjoyable. For an added fee they have a shuttle to the airport.

Reviewed By howardg828Hi, we stayed here for a week after driving to italy. It's quite dated but did the job, what you need to remember is its 3 star and you get what you pay for. The rooms very cleaned daily with new towels etc. The staff where friendly and helpful, if your elderly it might be a bit noisey as groups of teenagers hang out outside the hotel near the beach. The hotel restaurant was good and again friendly staff

Reviewed By Maurizio LWe happened upon this quaint Country Resort quite by chance as we had an issue with another reservation in another hotel for the same night. This Country House has a beautiful hill-side location overlooking the city of Rome to one side, and on a clear day like we had we could see St.Peter's in the distance. Our room was spacious and the bathroom as well, featuring an enormous bathtub. Our room featured it's own small terrace overlooking the country-side. Breakfast facilties were good with home-made sweets. The staff was courteous and willing to please, and informed us that it was only a 20min drive to Rome. Definitely a positive experience and good value for the money.
