El peor hotel en que me he hospedado en toda mi vida / Worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Reviewed By Nicolás BEl costo de este hotel no justifica para nada el pésimo servicio, comida y muy regulares instalaciones. El cuarto tenía telarañas; la ducha escasamente le salía agua y tibia. Nos dijeron que había DirecTV lo cual era falso. El restaurante: el peor servicio que he visto en años. Comida cara y es precocida de supermercado. El spa: falta de profesionalismo absoluto en los masajes, hechos por una inexperta. Sucio, no había ni donde quitarse la ropa. Luego me cobraron un dineral por un "circuito de agua" que era meterse a un jacuzzi de agua sucia (porque en la ducha no había jabón entonces tenía todo el aceite de masajes de los que se metieron antes) y un sauna tibio. A la salida no me dieron recibo. Y dos semanas y media después aun lo estoy esperando. Y mil detalles más. No exagero con el título de esta calificación: es el PEOR hotel que he visitado. No se dejen engañar. / The price of this hotel doesn’t justify at all the terrible service, food, and facilities. The room was full of spiderwebs, the shower barely had any water (let alone hot water). They told us we had DirecTV, which was false. The restaurant: the worst service I’ve seen in years. Expensive food, and in the end it’s nothing but precooked cheap food bought at a supermarket. The Spa: an absolute lack of professionalism in the massages, done by a person who seems to have no experience. It was dirty, they didn’t even have a table to put my clothes on. I was charged a scandalous amount for a water circuit that in reality was a dirty jacuzzi (because they didn’t have soap in the spa showers so the jacuzzi was full of the massage oil of previous people) and a cold sauna. I wasn’t given a receipt when I checked-out. Two and a half weeks later I am still waiting for it. And a thousand more details. I am not exaggerating with the title of this review: this is the WORST hotel that I have ever visited. Don’t be fooled.

Reviewed By JVillarreal1Un lugar alejado del tráfico y del ruido, pero muy cerda de lo necesario. Muy bonito, muy acogedor, mucho cuidado en todos los detalles. Las caminatas alrededor abarcan un espectro muy amplio. La comida y las instalaciones muy bien. En resumen espectacular.
