Reviewed By Donna4265My partner and I stayed at this hotel last night, 3 June 2022. The staff were very friendly and obliging. There was ample free parking. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and large, plenty of space within the rooms, everything well thought out. The bathroom had a lovely large walk in shower. Although we stayed room only, there was an adjoining Starbucks, Burger King and a café to purchase breakfast. I shall certainly stop there again, well recommended.

Reviewed By BeckyMcCluneyWe were 6 adults staying at the Lodge for a weekend to visit Leuven. The rooms were above the reception area and check in was very straight forward. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The staff were also very helpful in the bar area in the evenings. The hotel is a 25/30 min walk from the Oude Markt which was ideal for us. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Fietsweekend Leuven
Reviewed By 81krisdWe hebben deze b&b gekozen voor een fietsweekend in Leuven. De b&b ligt in een rustige villawijk vlakbij het fietsroutenetwerk en bossen, op 5km van het stadscentrum van Leuven. Er is voldoende parking op straat & je kan de fietsen veilig opbergen in de tuin. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar voor al je vragen. We verbleven in de gele kamer. We fietsen veel in Limburg op het fietsroutenetwerk, dus de routes rond Leuven waren voor ons een aangename afwisseling. We zijn verrast door het groene landschap rond Leuven & de pittoreske dorpjes met de vele volkscafeetjes rond de kerktoren. De Rock Werchter-route (ca. 45km) is een aanrader voor wie houdt van vlak fietsen zonder al teveel hellingen.

Excellent hotel
Reviewed By Liz RWe have stayed at the hotel before but in the annex - which is also good. But the stay at the hotel, which has a restaurant attached, is better as the breakfast is served there. The breakfast is very good and plenty of it. We are vegetarians but there was still a good choice for us. The reason I have given 4 rather than 5, is the lack of coffee and tea in the rooms and the bath towels being small and rough. We were in the delux room - and everything else was good so the lack of tea etc I think is an annoying oversight. We walked into Leuven centre every day ( about 25 mins) but there is a bus also. A taxi from the train station to the hotel cost 20 euros.

Lovely B&B, eco friendly, free parking near Leuven
Reviewed By tvdvalkClean and spacious private room, if you’re the only guests (there’s one other room), the bathroom and -for coffee and tea- kitchen can be used privately too. Very welcoming reception with fruit, eco friendly look out, breakfast with the family, milk from local cows. Parking around the corner is free, which is useful as it’s expensive parking in Leuven itself. We went for a gorgeous walk around the lakes next to the abbey which is still in function.
