Kulturhotel very close to park
Reviewed By CherylinTampaWe were well taken care of at the hotel. We did not use any of the spa facilities but the did eat dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both meals were excellent. Walked the park and also went to nearby Kromlau Park. Did cross the bridge into Poland but that was to say we did it. The rooms were nice but fairly basic. Enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed By edyta_airIt was family/friend trip. The family room was big and comfortable. Hotel is located near the polish/german border and next to Muskauer Park. The food, which the hotel offer is also very good and tasty.

Slight Communication Issue
Reviewed By James BOn arrival we spoke to the wife of the couple running Am Wasserturm, asking if we could book a second night (we'd initially booked one night online, but the location was lovely and quiet). We were told that wasn't an issue, only to find the husband waking us up in the morning, telling us that wasn't actually possible as they'd already booked the room for the second night. He was extremely apologetic and suggested another property further down the road. The property was lovely, with a small balcony on our room. The only downside was a slight brown tinge to the water ? maybe the system needed a flush through. The location itself is lovely, close to Devil's Bridge and a handful of restaurants just down the road.

Das Hotel wird größten Teils von Radfahrern besucht, denn die nähere Umgebung bietet sehr viel.Der Muskauer PARK der uns zu einer Kutschfahrt mit der Reittouristik Gablenz eingeladen hatte und die wir nur empfehlen können. Zum Hotel bleibt nur zu sagen, freundliches Personal hilfreich und zuvorkommend.Die Preise sind günstig.
