Reviewed By ianstevenson15Well, i booked the “one bedroom apartment” i was amazed by the friendly staff here bcs they are humble and very welcoming. The room is very clean and aesthetic, the environment is very peaceful and the pool is quite big and clean. The facilities are complete especially if you’re packed with groceries/foods because they provide a kitchen and a diningroom. (pan, stove and other utensils.) And the second most important thing is that the place is near the center of canggu, in front of the hotel, the are minimart, cafe, and other place to visit. You also don’t have to worry about ur safety, bcs there is a security guard that secure the hotel. So overall my stay was amazing, and hopefully i get the opportunity to stay here again.

Pictures can be deceiving, dated villa but wonderful staff
Reviewed By EYLY90When we first checked into the 3 bedroom villa we were shocked at the condition of the villa which was not like the pictures we saw online. It was run-down, dated, dark and not worth the money we paid. More like a cheap homestay. We felt cheated and would considered leaving if we had not paid so much. However we would like to commend the accomodating staff there, especially Ms. Yeni who patiently listened to our request and helped us to change to another better looking 3 bedroom villa which was not perfect but it was much more alike to the pictures online, cleaner and newer. The hot water wasn’t working but the staff got it fixed by the next day. We had a nice stay, but it got abit noisy because of the construction going on. Pool also became dirty and dusty because of the construction works and we could not swim. Breakfast was decent. Overall the villa really needs refurbishment, especially the front, old 3 bedroom villa which will surely scare guests away. We would have given a much worse rating if not for the polite, friendly and wonderful staff who made up for the sad, dated, disappointing condition of the first 3 bedroom villa and its facilities.

Reviewed By TheBlogAbroadI highly recommend this place for solo travelers, couples, or small families. Amenities were great and especially loved the kitchenette. The pool area is gorgeous and it's close to a lot of great restaurants. Overall 5 stars!

Reviewed By lana12334We stayed in a two bedroom villa for 11 nights. The room is not as it seems on the photos. It was spacious however there were a lot of things that were not up to standard. The linen was dirty - there was stains on the towels. The floor mats in the bathrooms had holes in them - from being so old and worn out. There was an open air area that wasn’t pictured on the website photos and the exposed walls were mouldy. The toilet didn’t flush and I called reception to fix it a few times to no response! By the last day the toilet was starting to fill up with up with excrement. There was no cutlery or even glasses to drink from in the kitchen. There was never anyone in the reception area to help with the problems. The wifi was problematic. Pool was good and location was great. I knew it was 3 stars when I booked and that is fine for what we wanted but this place was sadly not three stars.

I could say it's very good value for this kind of room in the heart of canggu. I recommend you choose Studio Pool Access Room or Mezzanin Room (kinda apartment with two separate floor, it's cool). It's nice place to stay.
