Reviewed By VeekChundooIt’s without doubt one of our very Best Holiday so far. All staff were absolutely brilliant, very friendly, helpful, kind and considerate at all times. Food were amazingly very delicious & yummy, really spoilt for choices of food to be honest. The hotel is very beautifully designed with lots of spaces and wonderful landscaping, spotless in all areas. Special thanks to Yasin Demirci, Umut, Buse from main buffet restaurant, Arif from Reception & Aycan from Housekeeping who all have gone the extra mile to ensure we have the best & memorable holiday. Yasin Demirci very pleasantly surprised us by having our preferred drinks ready for us at our preferred the dining table and accompanied us to the table which was so lovely. Arif from reception was very kind & polite, always smiling, knowledgeable, and considerate at all times. Nothing was too much to ask Arif, he was always happy to help at anytime. The staff made us feel special, we felt we part of a very big family at Hilton and really can’t wait to come back again very soon. We very highly recommend the Hilton Dalaman Hotel.

Reviewed By C3926TRtristancThis is by far the worst hotel iv stayed in the staff are rude the food is non existent we had to actually go and stay in a tui hotel after a couple days as couldn't eat any of there food the rooms where dated ours had 3 single beds crammed in and as there was probably 20 guests in total you would think they could of put us in a double the bar never had any ice and could not get water my the pool until after 2pm this was ab all inclusive booking but there was literally nothing there to be included all the resent positive reviews on trip advisor from may in my opinion are fake as there are not representative of the hotel the service or the food save yourself the disappointment and go stay at 1 of the tui resorts for an extra couple hundred pounds we spent this in 2 days eating out before biting the bullet and booking another resort for the last few days

Reviewed By erinmX5399NPstayed 2 weeks here in august with my partner and 2 children, room was lovely, were cleaned dailey, air con was free and view was nice, the food was disgusting! they cater more for the russians and locals, flys and not much choice, and snack time was once through the day but you had to be quick, also the same thing everyday. into our 2nd week my parents joined us so we ate out everyday, which is a must do, the local town is great everyone is friendly and food is great. before my parents joined us there was only us and another family that were english, the other guests were very rude, tried steeling my childrens toys and banging all night, i told reception but nothing was done about it, and continued till those guests left, the 2 weeks we were there the pools were not once cleaned, baby pool had quite a few floaters. Martin the bar man is fantastic! he works for one of the resteraunts in town so if you wanted he has a private sitting area where they come and make you a meal. theres a free bus to the beach and free towels, beach is lovely the sand is extremely hot so wear shoes, theres a snack bar there which serves burgers ad hot dogs they do pop but no alcohol, a man called captain may try and get you to go on his crab boat, this will be a great experince if you have no kids, we wemt unknown what was to happen with our 2 and 4 yr old, we had to walk into the sea waist up to climb on the boat, then was took to some swamp to catch the crab then to a jeti where him and his crew cooked the crab the food was really nice lol however they give you raki and vodka then at the end tell you 30 euro for 2 shots lol my children were traumatised especially when they dropped us off on the other side of the bdeach in the sea, ive now come to the conclusion it was an illegal boat trip haha last thing, the entertainment was diabolical, it was always in turkish even movie night was turkish. will go back as the area has a lovely feel but different hotel and self catering lol

Reviewed By U7282SIsarahhHaving never done an all inclusive resort holiday before, I wasn't sure what to expect but this trip has set the bar HIGH for subsequent holidays. We travelled as a group three families during the May/June half term and from the moment we landed in Turkey, the TUI staff could not have been more helpful. Despite it being UK school holidays, the resort did not feel over-busy and there was plenty of space for everyone. No fighting for sun loungers! The resort itself was beautiful - the gardens were immaculate, everything was clean, and everything was well organised and efficient. The beach was gorgeous, the pools were clean and there was plenty of shade set up in both locations. The food (and coffee) was AMAZING. The drinks, while of slightly questionable brands of alcohol, were strong and unlimited! For anyone into health and wellbeing, the spa treatments were fabulous and the gym was well equipped. I didn't take part in any of the fitness classes but they looked well run. The daily game of water polo was always very popular! It's easy to eat very well too as there were so many delicious salads & healthy options available. If you are looking for a "party" holiday, this is probably not for you. It was definitely more on the chilled side, but with three young children between us this was exactly what we wanted. We didn't use the kids club so I can't comment on that but food wise, the children were well catered for - they particularly enjoyed the fresh pasta and endless ice cream! The only the thing that went wrong was our return flight being delayed, but I thought TUI handled it fantastically. We were taken back to wait at a different hotel for a few hours until we could get more information and we were able to get a flight home on the same day. This review will not do the hotel justice. It was simply brilliant. If you are weighing up between a few options, I highly recommend choosing Sarigerme Park.

I am allergic to gluten and lactose intolerant so we researched this hotel extensively before we considered booking. All the reviews said the staff were excellent with food allergies and they were! The first morning, we got an allergy card and on it is written in English and Turkish what my food allergies were. I showed this at the bar for drinks and at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything at the buffets is labelled with allergen symbols and I'd select foods like this. Most of the time though, the Restaurant Manager Mert, and Ali, would ask me what I'd like to eat at each meal the day before and they'd prepare me anything I'd fancy! Gluten-free and dairy-free heaven. I've never eaten so much and such variety on a holiday before, it was such a treat. Examples include GF DF chicken and veg pasta, pizza with DF cheese, stuffed aubergines and peppers, salmon and vegetables, deep fried chips, fish and rice. The desserts were made to order too: I love chocolate so they made me chocolate brownies, chocolate fondant, and fruit sorbet. Normally, when you have an allergy, you get used to feeling like an annoyance to staff, but Mert and Ali (and all the bar staff and other staff) never once seemed put out. They were so friendly and accommodating and wanted to make sure I could try as much as I wanted. They made you feel like a VIP! They have soy, almond and lactose free milk at breakfast, and whenever I asked for tea with soy milk, the bar staff would go fetch soy milk without any trouble. I would 100% recommend Tui Blue Tropical to any one with a food allergy or intolerance. Everything about this hotel is 10/10. The stunning blossom trees and plants in the manicured gardens, the beach area, the rooms, the pool, the service, the housekeeping.

Reviewed By rochellel875My husband and I stayed here for a week from 4th to the 11th June. We arrived very late at night and were taken to our room right at the top of the mountain by buggy . The room was absolutely beautiful with a modern interior with a lovely stone wall and spotlessly clean. We were in one of the very top rooms and when we opened our curtains in the morning it literally took our breath away!!! It was like being in a tree house in the middle of the forest overlooking the sea and mountains. Words just cannot do it justice. The natural rugged beauty which this hotel is built around, in keeping with all that is natural is what makes this place so special. There are three stunning pools to choose from with comfy loungers, parasols and cabanas to choose from, (cabanas are an extra charge) all with breathtaking views. Or the beautiful private beach set in its own cove with cushioned loungers and freshly raked sand. We spent most of our time here and went to the beach snack bar for lunch which does delicious pizzas, pastas and burgers etc up till 5pm which is great if you want a late lunch. Always plenty of loungers available so no need to get up at silly o clock to get a spot. The main restaurant has seating inside and out again with spectacular panoramic views with plenty of choice of freshly cooked high quality tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner with huge range of deserts . All of the staff are very polite, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Melis in the lounge bar serving us drinks and supplying nibbles and Abdulla in the restaurant who were both so lovely to us during our stay. There are plenty of trips to go on but would avoid booking trips through TUI as they charge a lot more for some of the trips. We booked a trip through Basket Travel to Fethiye market and Olu Deniz blue lagoon ( well worth going) for only £20 and had a lovely local guy Bill with lots of knowledge accompanying us which made it so much more interesting. A must do is the boat trip to the caves and bays around the area. You pick up the Adege boat at the beach just round the bay to the left of the private beach. For just £15 a lovely local guy will take you out on his boat for 3 hours and show you all the beautiful spots and stop off for swimming in them. All in all this is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited and this hotel is absolutely stunning. The only negative i would say is some of the entertainment. In the early evening they have live musicians playing the flute or the saxophone and I don’t like to be negative but it’s always the same very slow and very bland numbers which send you to sleep. I also feel the hotel would benefit from more varied shows later on in the evening rather than just singing acts which seem to sing the same songs. The Dj sets at the starlight bar from 11 to late were really good and got everyone up dancing If you are looking for a Top quality hotel set in the most beautiful surroundings then this is perfect. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely be returning here again. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday so perfect.
