This is a game room escape venue. We were two couples who tried the Christmas room. We thought is would be easy, but in fact, the 28 problems really challenged us to think outside the box. When we were really stumped, the controller would give us hints to complete a certain problem. JAILBREAK is centrally located in the city and was easy to get to. Would love to try more of their game room escape challenges.

If you are in Oskarshamn, staying at the Hotell Ett, the museum is a short block away. My wife and I wandered in without really knowing what was there. There are several wonderful exhibits, but the wood carvings of Axel Petersson is the highlight. They are filled with emotion and each carving presents a new atmosphere to the viewer. It is a beautiful and dramatic presentation of his wonderful work.

We were driving north from Kalmar and looking for a place to rest a little bit. Actually I didn't find this place in my navigators even if I was trying. I was looking it from the seaside of the main road but it is not, you have to turn left if driving north from Oskarshamn (10 to 15 km).
There are no restaurants etc. around Stensjö, only public toilets. But you can find a very nice countryside houses and different kind of paths in the neighborhood. Everything looks like in Astrid Lindgrens books.

Small museum, reminding me of Wasa and Historiska museums with the same facilities, the only inconveniece for me was that English leaflet was not available in some parts and mostly all of the informations were written in Swedish.

Trevlig båttur till Öland över dagen. Trevlig personal på båten. Det finns också möjlighet att köpa fika, öl och vin ombord. Största nackdelen är att båten gungar väldigt redan vid lite vind. Härliga möjligheter att sitta ute på däck vid fint väder. Bra priser på personbiljetter och cykel får tas med gratis.
